Omg one of the best tacos in the area. This place is a must try!!!!! Came here on lunch hour from my job decided to gave it a taste since it has good reviews and let me tell you the tacos are amazing. But the main thing the gyro fries one of the best things i've had tries since so long. Will be back when i'm nearby hope they can have multiple locations cse its really good

First of all, loved the customer service – every staff member is super friendly and nice. Big love to the Spanish crew! My rec: definitely try the tacos, burgers and gyros are solid too✨

Girl on the register is so rude and don’t even know how to take orders. She haven’t learnet words like “thankyou” and “sorry”. It looks like she is there forcefully. Food and the owner is amazing but this girl spoils everything. If you see this girl don’t even bother to order.
Was really excited to try this place, but unfortunately it didn’t live up to the hype. Staff was nice, but they messed up my order—even though my friends confirmed I asked for the right thing. Got the Tim Tim specialty burger, which had a frozen patty and chewy bacon. Quesadillas were super basic and not great. Nachos were fresh but just okay. Overall, pretty disappointed. Nice people, but the food just isn’t worth it.

I’ve been coming here since the owner first started working at Makki Grill about 8 years ago, I’m glad he opened his own restaurant after what has happened. The food here is spectacular and has never disappointed me. I always look forward to coming here whenever I come to chicago from out of state. Price is reasonable for this economy.
