Delicious every time and the staff are always very nice!!! I love their carne en su jugo!!! It’s a soup dish that contains steak, beans, bacon, avocado, onions, and other ingredients that make it hearty, comforting, and warming perfect for cold winter days!!!

Very bad service not only did the Lady that answered me had me waiting to take my order on the phone and hung up on me the 1st time on the second call she was rude and said they were busy and still left me on the phone for long.
NEVER again calling this place or going!!!!

By the pictures online I was expecting something better from this place. I ordered the papas con queso flauta dinner to go. The order is supposed to come with a mixed salad, and that was missing. The rice tasted stale, and the red salsa that they gave me was in an inflated container, indicating that it was spoiled. The crema that was in the order was also spoiled. It was extremely sour (not the normal sourness from sour cream). This was not worth $17. I don’t recommend going here. Don’t let the pictures fool you.

Did here is tasty for the most part. Service requires a bit of attention, prices border eye gouging. As a vegetarian I ordered enchiladas with no meat and asked if they had an option other than cheese, the had spinach. Great! Price $25 for 4 enchiladas vegetarian style. Some rice and a bit of salad. On top of that I ordered red sauce and surprise surprise they gave me the wrong sauce. Too far and too hungry to go back. 🤬

My husband and I came to try their stuffed chilaqueles. The service began great and the food tasted amazing. However, I warn to eat them carefully. I found a wooden skewer or toothpick in my plate. Seemed like the waiter was more concerned than the manager. First and last time experience to say the least.

I’ve eaten here in the past. The food is fine
The same owner on Tio Louis also owns the property next door, one of them being in a barbershop. I’ve been in this barbershop many times before (as I have the restaurant) and have been able to park my vehicle in the spaces provided. For some reason today my vehicle was towed, costing me $250 and being an hour late to an appointment
This is unacceptable considering the same owner owns both buildings and parking is provided in between the two locations. I tried speaking with the wife to reason with them on the situation, but nothing came of it.
As someone who has invested money and time in both of this owner‘s locations, I don’t feel this situation was properly handled. Since I was not able to speak with the owner directly, this was the next best thing I could figure to do.
I understand mistakes can happen, but there was zero effort to help the situation on their end, leaving me with the entire bill. Sad to say, but I won’t be supporting Tio Louis in the foreseeable future if this is how they choose to conduct business and treat customers that have supported them many times throughout the years
Restaurantji Recommends
Overpriced and a bit loud music. Had to speak up quite a bit with my mother who is hard of hearing already.

I've came here a few times already bc I love their food!! Today, I came with my bestie. She had flautas de tinga pollo and I had carne en su jugo, it was delicious!!!!! I really recommend!! I also had agua de Jamaica, really good and refreshing!! Other times, I've had their cocktails and those have turned out pretty well too!! Super nice waitress we had today, thank you! I'll definitely return again soon.

Burritos have barely any meat dont spend your hard earned money at this place 30 bucks for 2 soggy tortillas wrapped up around an extreme amount of lettuce and tomato i checked the reviews and youd think theyd stop being so greedy with what you pay them for its not the first time someone has brought this problem up and not only the burritos but many dishes… honestly extremely disappointed so much for the first time i called a place and said that its wrong to sell people such a disgrace of a product for the prices that they charge then lady on the phone didnt have much care or much to say would’ve appreciated a refund because my god what a waste of money
