Quite literally the worst airport restaurant I have ever been to. I have been here twice. First time terrible - slow, rude and terrible service. It was very busy. So when I came back through and it was dead, I figured I would give it a shot. Still just as slow, rude and bad. They need to close the place down and start over

we spent 52 dollars (with tax but no tip, because the overall experience was disgusting) just to receive a cesar salad with undercooked and smelly chicken, old, rock hard and cold foccacia which was meant to be toasted (probably was toasted like 50 years ago) and old parmesan cheese. pizza was a tiny pinsa/foccacia with blunt tomato sauce - for 22 dollars - a joke! overall experience was so bad that i got an immediate stomach ache and if service was not so slow and rude - i would argue about not paying anything, but we had a flight to board in 15 minutes🥲

Some of the best airport food I've had. I had the panini and husband had the arugula pizza. Lots of arugula and prosciutto on both and it tastes nice and fresh. Pretty big portions. My only complaint would be that the salad that came with my panini was drenched in dressing so I didn't finish that. Only saw the server twice but they were the only one there (and do you really expect to be babysat at an airport?).
If I'm ever in O'hera again (hopefully never) I'd eat here again

They were not serving breakfast at 9am. Their menu says they serve breakfast until 10am. The waitress did not tell us we couldn’t get breakfast until after we ordered drinks. The Bloody Mary was also terribly overpriced.

Carolyn RUSSELL is A M A Z I N G. She has taken care of us and many other customers. We are traveling for business and she is one of the best waitresses I have EVER experienced at an airport. What an absolute Jewel for this business’s

This place is terrible. No one to seat you, I just chose a seat eventually. I ordered the main thing in the menu, the panini. The waitress said “we don’t have paninis.” So I left. Ha don’t waste your time here.

We were waiting at the terminal and wanted to grab a margarita pizza from Tocco…
All we wanted to ask was if they can get it to us in a to go box …
Nobody showed up at the counter and when they did, the lady/host was very rude asking us to be seated for any questions, request or orders !!
It felt weird, but we ended up sitting at a table and waiting for her to come by.
When she came by after a while & threw two menus on our table and just as we were about to ask a question she just walked away!!
We waited another five minutes, but she never came back instead she was chatting with her colleagues at the counter…
We decided to die somewhere else.
Overall, very bad experience and we did not even get to taste the food.
For the management- the date and time we were there is as follows so that you can discuss this with your staff..
Date 3/30/25
Time: 6:00pm.

I lady called Carolyn is the worst ever. She does not know how to attend, unpolished and always in a hurry.
There’s not a lot of great options in O’Hare so I settled on Tocco for lunch. I ordered a pizza and a beer, which set me back $50 after tax and tip. The pizza was very much okay. The crust was tasty but there might as well have not been any sauce. Pair that with some flavorless sausage and you get some really expensive cheese bread.

Infectious at all levels. Cheap quality pizza sold for almost 30 euros, inefficient and unpleasant waitresses who forget or ignore you... Not only do you eat poorly there, but you also have a bad time there.
