We were waiting at the terminal and wanted to grab a margarita pizza from Tocco…
All we wanted to ask was if they can get it to us in a to go box …

Nobody showed up at the counter and when they did, the lady/host was very rude asking us to be seated for any questions, request or orders !!

It felt weird, but we ended up sitting at a table and waiting for her to come by.
When she came by after a while & threw two menus on our table and just as we were about to ask a question she just walked away!!

We waited another five minutes, but she never came back instead she was chatting with her colleagues at the counter…
We decided to die somewhere else.

Overall, very bad experience and we did not even get to taste the food.

For the management- the date and time we were there is as follows so that you can discuss this with your staff..
Date 3/30/25
Time: 6:00pm.

I lady called Carolyn is the worst ever. She does not know how to attend, unpolished and always in a hurry.

There’s not a lot of great options in O’Hare so I settled on Tocco for lunch. I ordered a pizza and a beer, which set me back $50 after tax and tip. The pizza was very much okay. The crust was tasty but there might as well have not been any sauce. Pair that with some flavorless sausage and you get some really expensive cheese bread.

Infectious at all levels. Cheap quality pizza sold for almost 30 euros, inefficient and unpleasant waitresses who forget or ignore you... Not only do you eat poorly there, but you also have a bad time there.

Staff not friendly at all, and even aggressive!
The poor lady started screaming while I was talking quietly to my colleague in French.
Very average food, with reheated pizza!
To be avoided even when you don’t have a palate 😂

The woman server has a very rude attitude and yell at people. She has glasses. Refuse to let me seat at the table and only at the bar where there are 5 free tables. I left without order given the horrible attitude.

Your bartender yelled and got in my face when I came to ask about a card left with the same owned business (Frontera) that sent me. This was the bar tender that worked about 1pm on 9/24. She claimed she couldn't help, but then an other worker might. When I attempted to explain the situation to this worker, she cut me off to tell her own version of this story. She wouldn't let him or I talk, I turned to him to say let me just tell him. She got between him and I in my face and started yelling at me. She seemed like she was intoxicated. I left without seeing if my card was present her yelling at me the whole way out.

Absolutely horrible. The food is ok, but there is one server who acts like a bully to all the staff, it was uncomfortable to be around her and listen to her yell! We kindly asked for our check and her immediate response was 'I didn't wait on y'all' laughed at us, walked away and would not provide assistance. Instead, she went up to another server and barked at him to get our check. Absolutely uncomfortable. Do not go here. We also watched many other customers show great discomfort with their interactions with her. She yelled at others to wait to be seated. Kicked silverware around on the floor. Just a straight up bully in the workplace. Stay away.

Poor service, could careless about you. Thirty minutes without a menu or a drink order. Don't bother, unless you have a 5 hour layover and enjoy hearing front of house yelling orders to back of house. Felt sorry for the 2 ladies manning the ovens. Left and found a better spot around the corner near gate M7.

Best airport pizza we've ever had. If you order the garlic cheese bread as an appetizer, it's the same size as the pizzas but half the price. We tried that and the pepperoni. Both were great.

Cheap glass of red wine was $18. Prices were not listed on the menu. Captive market price gouging
