If I could give zero stars, I would. They don’t even take walk in orders because they are “too busy”.

I called to place a to go order and i was told that its the weekend and they dont do to go orders on weekend! Who does that? Ive ordered before take out from here now you dont do take out on weekends? I never heard that from any breakfast restaurant! Why answer the phone then! I literally live blocks away and ill never eat from there again! They have good food no doubt but service to me sucks!

Got to the place before 12:30 the owners wife said the stop taking dinning in at 1:15 but allow a couple to be seated this couple was Mexican and I’m a black woman she said I could wait but she really don’t tho l I will be seated After waiting. I was seated my family member came and n with her son she said we were not able to sit at the same table because she had her son. My family member decided to leave I sat at the table ordering and waited for my food. While I waited the owners wife seated 2 more couples this time s why racism still exists they and they want us to support them I will continue to be the best me but this has to stop People all people want to be treated with the up most respect and the color of your skin should not matter. Just good for thought. Toi’s will be my last visit here. I was only here to get pancakes for my mom

Very slow since the owner is the only one who cooks and his wife seats the customers. The hours are until 2 pm, but I went there yesterday at 1:15 and they said they weren't taking anymore orders. I went there today at 10:30 am to get a to go order and was told that we couldn't get anything to go because they had no to go boxes. So what happens if you want to take part of your order home? There food is good and reasonably priced, but they need to hire more people. This is not the only two times this has happened. My husband took a bus to pick up an order that was called in and when he got there on a bus after waiting 30 mins it wasn't ready. He was told he would have to wait until they finished making all the customers that were seated. Come for good food if you have 2 hours to waste and don't mind paying extra for more syrup.

Recommended dishes: Combo 10 Everything Omelet with Whole Wheat Toast and Hash Browns
I try to be pretty understanding of when places are busy... Not sure if they were understaffed, but it took half an hour for my omelette, toast, and hash browns to come out.
Had to flag someone down to pay my bill — previous customers had the bill brought to them. I could tell other customers that were there before me weren't too happy about the service speed either.

What a wonderful find! Amazing pancakes and the breakfast sausage may even top them. Beautiful little outdoor garden spot to eat outside. They do great work here including for the community, using workforce development programs to trains young adults. So you can get the best pancakes in the city and feel good supporting them.

Great spot for breakfast in the neighborhood. Everything on the menu is excellent but I love the orange pancakes.

This is a hidden gem. Their food was amazing (cheesecake French toast, pancake combo and empanadas), the price was pretty cheap for their portions, and they sell back of the yards coffee which is also amazing. Definitely coming back

Everyone I take here says it's outstanding, and there's something for everyone...my favorite is the empanadas and the pancakes. People I take here come out with a new favorite dish, wanting to come back for more. The service is unbeatable, these people run it like treating a family guest everytime.
Go here for breakfast, brunch, lunch, whenever you can.
