I had an absolutely wonderful dining experience at Torali in the Ritz Carlton! My cousin was visiting from out of town, and this was the perfect spot to make the evening special.

We enjoyed delicious espresso martinis, flavorful seafood pasta, and the most amazing spinach & artichoke gnocchi everything was cooked to perfection.

The service truly made the night memorable. A big thank you to our servers Ahmed and Albert for their attentive and friendly care, and to bartenders Ronald and Rommel for crafting such perfect drinks. Manager Daniel also made sure everything was just right his warm hospitality really stood out.

From start to finish, the food, drinks, and atmosphere were exceptional. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Nothing all that great. Food was just average. For the price point, there are better options in the area. Be careful when ordering the soup. It's not indicated on the menu - cup or bowl. It's more like a vat.

Food was decent - seafood was fresh, the octopus appetizer was good (but a little too busy,) and the seafood linguine was solid if not spectacular.

Excellent as usual. Coming back soon. Staff was gracious and acknowledged the priest I had with me. So polite.

Went here with my mom for my birthday. Ended up getting delayed so we had to call and move our rez back a little bit. The host was super nice and accommodating.

The best food I had was the pesto and focaccia they brought to the table for free. Everything else was mid. The cocktails however were fantastic, even my mom who barely drinks alcohol liked the limoncello spritz.

Went outside to the rooftop bar to have another drink after we were done with dinner. It took the 3 dudebro bartenders 5 minutes to acknowledge us after we sat down. One of them, while literally making a drink for someone else, told us last call was half an hour ago and we couldn’t order any drinks and had to go inside. So we did, and the experience in the inside bar was much better. They took our order instantly and were very friendly and professional.

Was the experience positive overall? …yeah mostly. Would I come back? Probably not.

The food was really average for the cost. The steak really had not flavor. Certainly not worth the cost.

Overall, disappointing brunch. Server Javier was unsure of just about anything, not engaging, and left us more confused than anything else. The food was nothing special. The patio was pretty!

Had my rehearsal dinner here back in September of 2024, designed by Agustina, and it was such a special memory of our wedding weekend! Truly perfection, and you couldn't be in better hands with Agustina - she went above and beyond to think of every detail and made it so easy for me as a stressed out bride. Highly recommend!

Our server was excellent. Very professional. The ambiance is always very nice and comfortable, The food was a slight miss on this visit. Two of the 3 diners enjoyed their meals while the 3rd did not. The meal, Avocado Toast, was cold and lacked flavor as well,

Celebrating a friend's retirement, this was perfect. The tea assortment was lovely along with the finger sandwiches, delicious, and the pastries, scrumptious. A glass of champagne was served with our nibbles. Monica was a delightful server and we could not have asked for more. The room was bright and cheerful. This is a beautiful setting to host a one of a kind event. If you are looking for a unique and special way to celebrate, High Tea at Torali restaurant, located in the Ritz Carlton Hotel, is the way. Simply lovely.

Excellent food and service, although a bit slow due to the Mother's Day crowd. The Wagyu steak and croissant French toast were fantastic. Very friendly and attentive service. Refills on bottomless mimosas were prompt. 5 stars except a bit pricey for eggs and breakfast items and a bit noisy.

Breakfast was excellent, the various egg dishes and omelets were prepared perfectly, as were the pancakes. Service was spot on, very leisurely. And drinks and water was kept full. Would definitely return.

We approached our reservation at Torali with an open mind, despite the mixed reviews. Unfortunately, our experience aligned with the more critical feedback—we left incredibly disappointed. The butternut squash salad was bland and cold, with a mushy texture and an unbalanced mix of flavors. As vegetarians, we were limited to a single entrée: a vegetable fettuccine that was severely lacking in vegetables. Instead, it was overloaded with unappetizing, frozen-looking onions, an uninspired red sauce, and overcooked noodles. After sharing our concerns with the staff, the chef kindly came out to apologize and even acknowledged that the pasta dish was subpar, noting that a new menu is on the way. While we appreciated the gesture, the overall experience left a bad taste—literally and figuratively. With so many outstanding dining options in Chicago, we won't be returning

I'm a big fan of the Ritz Carlton hotel. I had a staycation here a few years ago and loved it. So today, I decided to treat myself to a luxurious breakfast. The food for breakfast is always top notch and of course the service. I'm being picky but I feel like places like this should automatically offer extra linen napkins. One for the lap, one for the extra silverware and one for your hands and mouth lol. Aside from that, it's a lovely restaurant. I'm looking to check it out for lunch and dinner.

When you visit a restaurant like this, you expect a delightful taste experience. The soups: corn chowder and chicken soup were okay, nothing special. My wife had the Rigatoni, it was very good. I had the Torali Mafalde Bolognese. It was as if they poured some generic tomato soup over the noodles sprinkled some ground beef over it and stuck it into the microwave. Absolutely no flavor. Did they ever hear of herbs and spices? Looking back at their menu it says that it has: beef, veal & pork tomato ragù, garlic cream, aleppo pepper, oregano, parmesan. I think all I got was the beef and tomato ragu.
