The chipotle sauce was incredible. Lick your bowl clean good.
The aqua Fresca was a bit too sweet and wish the mango flavor came through more. I taste sweet and sour lime.

Great food as I wait for my flight. Drinks are so delicious.

My server was Vanessa, she was amazing. Just to give you a little peace before your flight.

Ordered food and attempted to sit down at the seating, and I was harassed and asked to leave by the manager, who threw her hands up when I went to sit down. She said that area is for when waited upon-only. She told me to go to the food court. Very rude. And the food was disgusting—the salsa was watery green juice.

We were here today as our flight for AirSerbia at 5:30 PM was delayed. There was a super intoxicated man who was served here, he was abusing other travelers, personally he put his hands into my plate with food, and it looked like very drunk, messy scene.

We did not feel safe sitting in the bar, however, the server did not call security or police, or had the intoxicated person removed. Not only did we have to eat our food in this uncomfortable environment, but because this wasn’t flagged in time our flight was delayed for additional two hours because they had to additionally remove intoxicated person from the airplane. I wish more accountability was taken and this drunk person was removed from the bar first, and that would’ve stopped our further delay. I recommend learning and development of staff to know how to approach these situations.

What a miserable customer experience… there’s nobody at the order counter, instead you do self order on a screen, and are charged 18% tip!
After that, you pick your drink by yourself (because 18% service charge does not include giving you your drink apparently)
I tried to sit at one of their tables to eat but those are reserved for people ordering at the table only, not at the machine, even though I selected ‘Dine in’ on the machine. So I’ve been asked nicely to leave (note every single table was empty, it was morning).
So there you have it … pay $24 for a sandwich and a bottle of water, pay 18% service charge for no service and promptly leave the premises! This is the value proposition at Torteras

My son Fernando had the Spicy Paloma. He enjoyed it, very tasty. Husband had chicken milanesa torta, guacamole and chips, super good 😋 I was very lucky I got to meet and take a photo with Rick Bayless. 🤗😊
