We asked for the server’s recommendation, and the carne asada quesadilla was amazing—cheesy, steaky, and bursting with flavor! Plus, the service was super friendly and quick. Also one the of the best Horchata's we've ever had. We’ll definitely be back!

Poor customer service experience. I ordered a hot chocolate and received a cup that was half chocolate and half oil. I returned to the counter to show the cashier and requested a refund. The cashier said they needed to check with the manager, who was sitting nearby eating. When the cashier returned, they told me the manager was “not in” and that I would need to come back the next day for a refund. While the cashier did provide a replacement beverage, the lack of support and accountability from management was disappointing.

Came here to have a cocktail and relax, It was a wonderful experience. Kudos to Fabiola, Terry, Melissa they really ensured our experience was superb. I Visited from VA I will definitely fly back, I highly recommend.

I went on 01/09/26 around 5pm, staff was great. The energy was welcoming and the food was yummy. Everyone did a great job. I also appreciated seeing the employees talk and socialize without compromising the quality of the services/food.

Service was excellent! My grandson wanted the lime flavored drink and the server gave him a sample first to make sure he liked it. He did!

The food was very good. I ordered the milanesa torta and the steak quesadilla, and I would definitely recommend them.

The only issue I had was with the quesadilla. It came with spicy salsa, which I understand was my mistake for not noticing it on the menu. We were there with a three-year-old child, and my husband was the one who ordered the food. The quesadilla was meant for the child, and once I realized it was spicy, it was impossible for him to eat it.

I went to the staff and politely asked if it could be replaced with a quesadilla without the spicy salsa. I want to be clear that I was not trying to get free food. I was willing to return the original quesadilla since it was completely intact. Unfortunately, I was told that I would need to purchase another one and was advised, “next time, just make sure to order it without salsa.” Even after explaining that it couldn’t be eaten, no exception could be made.

Every day, families come in with children, and I think sometimes empathy is overlooked when it comes to unplanned situations, especially when you’re out with kids. Again, I wasn’t trying to get free food; I just wanted my child to be able to eat something. Thankfully, I was able to pay for another quesadilla, but there are families who go out as a special treat and are on a tight budget. Situations like this can happen, and a little flexibility can make a big difference.

The food itself was great, but I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility in this situation, especially considering it involved a young child.

So much good but we cant stop thinking about the water problem. Got food for the whole family, cool. Water cup for both a 1 and 3 year old was mission impossible. The staff clearly does not have kids, or whomever writes the rules. There is no way they would treat their own family this way. They need to get back to thier drawing board on how to leave a good memory so customers talk about how good the steak was, not how much of an issue it was to get a cup of water
