Always a great experience and delicious food. Exactly what you would expect from a Rick Bayless restaurant.

Not a fan of the relay delivery app they use. Definitely not user friendly. The quality wasn’t that great either. I’ve had better experience at the restaurant vs using the app.

I ordered the Carne Asada Torta and the Chips and Guacamole, only to find the food intolerably salty and outrageously overpriced. It was a disappointing experience.

I eat breakfast here every couple weeks. It’s usually the same guy who is cooking every time I’m there and he makes a mean torta and chilaquiles. Always great service. Definitely a well run place.

Great tasting fresh Mexican food, expedient order turnaround, and attentive (but casual) table service while we waited for our scheduled time for the Sears Tower Experience. Friendly staff, picturesque, and clean atmosphere. Dined in the evening hrs, it was still packed with patrons of all backgrounds and age ranges - a sure sign of good food ?.

We went to tortazo kinda expecting something “ok”, but I was amazed by the quality and taste of this restaurant. We had tortas and they were actually really good (I’m Mexican and I love tortas, so I can say that these tortas are even better than some tortas in Mexico). Definitely a good choice if you want to have some Mexican

My wife and I took one bite into the Portobello quesadilla and our reaction was identical: ""whaaaattt???" As in, how can it be SO GOOD?!

We came for lunch, I expected a good salad as it’s curated by Rick Bayless. But let me tell you something, whoever they have behind the line knows how to cook chicken properly. A lot of time fried chicken can get dry but this chicken was perfect!! 10/10 just for the crispy chicken. The tortas are amazing too!

Great place for breakfast and lunch. Avoid lines by ordering ahead online. Rewards program is good too.

Decent but pricy. Chicken milanesa torta feels a little unbalanced. The slaw and salsa have good flavor but overpower the chicken; which needs a bigger piece, more seasoning, or both to make its presence felt more. Lime agua fresca tastes great, but comes in a small cup with so much ice that it's really only a couple of sips for four dollars.Rick has some wonderful recipes but I'll go back to making them myself.

I look forward to my in-office days so that I can eat here. My favorite thing is the potato poblano flautas they are insanely delicious and I dream about them. I like all their drinks, especially the citrus basil. The staff is very friendly and overall good vibe.

I order from here quite often and I have only had one bad experience. Today I ordered the El Tortazo salad with carne asada and it didn't disappoint. It was delicious and ample in size. Generous portion of carne asada. I haven't eaten at the restaurant but it delivers well.
