The older lady employee that works Thursday at 4:00PM is rude and arrogant. She doesn't understand how to provide hospitality or service with a genuine wholesome smile.
I was cold and wanted to purchase soup but she wouldn't sell it to because she said they have a minimum, and on top of that they charge a 3% fee for using a card to pay. They put money before humanity.
So I purchased $25. in sweets but I gave to the other customers because they were making me feel uncomfortable. The ambience feels uncomfortable and scary if you don't look like you have lots of money or speak their Turkish language.

Service and food perfect.
I haven't been here in a while, and I decided to stop by today, to order a cheese pie. The owner was very friendly, explained all the ingredients that they put in their pies, and I didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes, which is awesome.
The location also has parking which is a plus, especially in Chicago.
I'll definitely be back and I'll recommend this place to my friends and family.

5 Stars – A Hidden Balkan Gem!
Toscana Grill is a fantastic find! There’s plenty of parking, which is always a plus. The restaurant itself is small but incredibly clean, cozy, and well-kept — even the bathroom was spotless. We were warmly greeted by the owner, who not only welcomed us in but made a genuine effort to engage with all the guests. That personal touch made the experience even better.
The food? Absolutely delicious. We ordered the “grah” (bean stew) and “ćevapi” — both were packed with authentic flavor and served in generous portions. We couldn’t resist trying dessert and cappuccinos afterward, which were just as satisfying.
Prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality and portion sizes. If you’re craving authentic Balkan cuisine, Toscana Grill is a must-visit. Highly recommended!
