this location is awful. when I arrived, the cashier was nonchalant and unfriendly. the bread I ended up getting was so cold. the matcha latte had no flavor, it just tasted like milk. they also didn't have another item I was looking for.
poor customer service, low quality food and drinks, and lack of available items. what a disappointment.

It was not that great, I cam here with lot of expectations but they weren’t met at all. The beverages are horrible , only thing that I loved was Jalapeños croissant. Never visiting this again.

Great bakery items for sure - nothing like it in Chicago (save for Lady M).
However, the coffee isn’t that great and I wish they had the perfect coffee to pair with my croissant :(

Fantastic pastries and great coffee. Chocolate avalanche was my favorite paired with a strawberry frappé.

It wasn’t the most comfortable cafe/coffee shop for working with the sun coming into the windows and no outlet.
The vanilla latte with oat milk was a little heavy on the oat milk, I’ve had better.

Got an iced lavender matcha latte today with oat milk. Staff were super sweet. I tried my drink and I thought it needed more matcha, when I asked they very quickly fixed it for me. I really appreciate how kindly they handled the situation.
