Cakes are very good but too creamy and not much of the cake itself which makes it feel imbalanced when trying to enjoy the creamy part with a bid of the solid cake taste! It can be very crowded so be aware if that. If you are looking for A quiet place to relax the Chinatown branch is definitely not the one you’re looking for 😉

This place is my absolute go-to for desserts!
They serve one of the best tiramisus I’ve ever had — rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced. I’m also a huge fan of their chocolate cream donuts, though they’ve been sold out the last few times I visited (hopefully they restock them more often!).
Their milk cream cake is another standout — light, moist, and full of flavor. Whether it’s a casual dessert craving or a special occasion, this spot never disappoints. It’s also become my default choice for birthday cakes for friends — always a hit!

I called in to ask hold one piece of flat crisp croissant for me. And the guy said he would save it for me. After I spent 20 mins to get the parking ,then the guy who behind the register said he didn't see anything on hold. I asked the other girl , and she said yes ,it was one on hold, when she talked to guy ,it seemed like it sold to someone else, I asked to get discount for the last piece there, first they sold it to someone else,second the piece there was broken pieces, and he charged me regular price without tax, it's joke. Poor service

This is always a great place to stop for a sweet treat and drink. I love their cakes, their croissants and bread overall. Their unique design on their pastries and delicious presentations are phenomenal. But that’s my opinion you should come and try some if you’re in the area. I’m pretty sure there’s something here for everyone’s sweet tooth.

We had hot Ube Lattes with Oat Milk substitutions. We enjoyed them.
It’s unfortunate that there is an up-charge for non-dairy alternatives; it’s $1.50 extra which is steep for the up-charge compared to many cafes.
You don’t find Ube everywhere, so this was definitely a treat, but I don’t see myself returning due to the non-dairy up-charge.
I spend more than 40 dollars in this store and I was about to leave however I decided to use the restroom before but I couldn’t use it because the person who was cleaning the lobby said that I already cleaned and we’re about to close. I’m diabetic and I need to use the restroom more often than normal people. This is unacceptable.

Very upset I ordered a matcha latte with oat milk paid the extra charge only for them to use regular milk and me to have an allergic reaction. They do not accommodate allergies

I bought 2 drinks ($15) After seeing an ad offering a calendar if you spend more than 25 bucks, I bought three more loaves of bread a few minutes later.($15) I made purchases totaling more than $30, but the shop staff said that they would not give me the calendar unless the total purchase amount was $25 all at once.Also she said I could give it to me if I bought more bread. I like this shop and come here twice a week, but I'm disappointed in the staff's attitude and coldness.
