Employees have always been nice to me. Their selection of savory and sweet goods have always been fresh everytime I went. Very delicious and not that pricey at all. Theirs bread, croque monsieur, pain au chocolat, muffins, coffee, and so much more!

If you visit this location, arrive at 9 AM or later. Opening hours posted on Google and the front door of the store is 8 AM. Doors were still locked and not open to public even as late as 8:50 when I visited today. Please update your business hours to reflect when you’re actually open.
Pastry and drink offerings here are standard quality for the brand and have similar variety to other Chicago locations. Customer service has always been a mixed bag depending on who is working that day. You’re better off choosing a different location in the city for a higher chance of decent service and updated business hours

The Tiramisu was disappointing. Way way too much cocoa powder on top, mostly whipped cream, very very little soaked cake.
I will return to try something else. I will not waste money on the Tiramisu.
10.00 for a very small portion and not good quality. Very disappointed in my purchase.

This was my first time stopping by, and I pass this shop pretty often. Man have I been missing out, this place is fantastic! The employees were very polite and respectful, unfortunately I did not get their names. Great pastry items for a great price! Strong Warning Review
I want to warn other customers about a misleading promotion at this store.
There is a poster at the entrance claiming that if you download their app and register, you will receive one free Butter or Chocolate Chip Cookie. I followed the instructions, downloaded the app, registered, and got the coupon. But when I went to redeem it, the staff told me they didn’t have any today.
This is false advertising and a complete waste of customers’ time. If a store promotes a reward to attract people to download their app and give them personal information, they should honor it. Otherwise, it is deceptive and disrespectful.
To anyone reading this: do not fall for this promotion. Do not bother downloading the app or registering your personal details just to be told “not available” after you’ve already signed up. A promotion that cannot be redeemed is nothing but a scam to collect users.
I hope the store will stop misleading customers and start treating people honestly. Until then, I do not recommend trusting their advertised offers.
