Delivery service and customer service is absolutely terrible!! Never know when your meals are going to show up or even if they come at all! These meals are not cheap! They should be providing way better service for the prices they charge!
It says preservative free, but it is loaded with preservatives and genetically modified ingredients like canola oil. A simple Google search and look at the nutrition facts before feeding your family this…. So sad.
While the oven is cute, and some meals are OK, Tovala provides no way to filter out specific allergens. Somehow an order slipped through without me, canceling it prior to looking at the ingredients. Unfortunately, every single meal has garlic in it, which I am allergic to. Every single meal will need to be thrown away. I contacted Tovala and let them know and was basically told “oh well you didn’t cancel it in time so we’re keeping your $90 enjoy throwing the food away”....read full review
