Stopped here before going to a concert at the Rosemont Theater. Kinda skeptical about going to restaurants when they're attached to hotels but this was great. It's in the lobby of the Holiday Inn. Big restaurant, lots of seats at the bar, friendly bartenders. Good happy hour. Bar Louie has a good beer selection. Food was good. We would visit again.
Th ohs place continues to deteriorate with below average food and a very limited menu. Service was terrible. If you go watch your bill. They add 18% gratuity without telling you. That’s done even for one person.
Title says it all. Had 3 meals here, all of which were excellent. Drank quite a few drinks, all of which were excellent. Prices were quite high however and bar service a little slow.
I went down from my room and asked if they could make a mushroom Swiss burger for me. The manager(who's name I'm glad I don't remember) could not have been a bigger moron. Instead of simply answering me he chose to insult me by laughing as if I had asked him something absurd. I never heard of ANY restaurant that will not attempt to accommodate paying customers who deviate from the menu. AWFUL!!! STAY AWAY!!!!
I found it nice and there are shuttles to the airport and convention center

Avoid this place if you can. It doesn't feel like Holiday Inn at all.
This place is a dump.
OJ Simpson briefly stayed on the 9th floor here (formerly the O'Hare Plaza Hotel) between 6:30am & 8:30am on 6/13/1994. This is where he supposedly learned about the murders & cut his hand on a glass.
