I went here a couple weeks ago with my daughter and her friends(all over 21) and the door man and woman’s behavior was completely unacceptable. Didn’t even bother looking at any of their IDs, and denied entrance to everyone. It was very unprofessional and rude. It was an all around horrible experience, I wish there was a way to give zero stars. I asked for their names but they would not give them to me, I later heard another employee call the woman Sarah. I am honestly disappointed because this was a bar I used to frequent and was excited to share the experience with my daughter. Definitely lost a customer.
Best vibes ever. Best patio
This place blew my tube socks off. What an atmosphere. Got my sealegs in this jawn. Shoutout Devin for making me feel so at home. Every Trader Joe’s will be Todd’s by 2030. Mark my words
A fun place with the best open mic ♥️
Open mics on Wednesday with Devin are great. Joanna is a hell of a bartender. Make sure to get drinks from her when the karaoke gets bad enough.
Devin is from Indiana and he runs an open mic at this bar. It’s the cat’s meow
Went to the open mic and had a great time! Super welcoming environment and my favorite bartender Joanna was behind the bar! Can’t wait to come back!
the open mic on Wednesdays is awesome and Joanna is the best!
Such a fun bar. Love Lulu and that open mic is really fun too
I love this place, great food and drinks- but my favorite thing? The comedy open mic they have on Wednesdays. There’s this one comedian named Milo Mack and he has such a cool car, almost as cool as his tattoos but he performs there every week and man, he’s so good. He’s way funnier than the host

My sister and I were verbally harassed and discriminated against as women attending this business as customers. The door staff were incredibly rude and sexist m, with no care for the derogatory statements they were making against our group and other women attempting to enter the establishment. The self-proclaimed owner did nothing to make the situation right, which only further supports the actions of their staff members.
After deciding to go here for the first time for my SIL’s bachelorette party, I immediately regretted it after spending no less than 5 minutes in this place. We were a group of 8 on a Wednesday night, and when we arrived there were about 5 or 6 other people in there already singing and such. After already getting scolded for walking towards the dance room and seeing a sign that said it was closed (we were turning around when scolded by a waitress), two of my friends went up to the guy in charge of the karaoke to request a song. They stepped up on the side of the stage closest to him to ask and were immediately given an attitude and he demanded that they “get their feet off of the stage.” When they came back upset to our table where we hadn’t even been able to order drinks yet, we politely told the waitress and asked how to request songs since he was so rude and wouldn’t let us on the stage/near his sound booth to ask. She didn’t quite give an answer, and apparently had stepped outside to let the bouncer know that we weren’t allowed back in once we left. We found this out when 1 friend and I walked out after deciding this place wasn’t worth it. However, none of our friends had followed so we asked the bouncer if we could go back in and get them. This is when he (a very young guy who was on a power trip) stepped in front of me (blocking the entrance) and told me he was informed not to let us back in. I asked why and he just stared at me and shrugged. He then told me that the waitress had come out to tell him not to let us back in. I then had to call my other friend and get them to leave over the phone. The bouncer then called us entitled and was making rude remarks to us while we waited for our uber. This place had the worst vibes and I will honestly never go back which is a shame because I live so close. All we wanted was to grab a few drinks and sing a few songs. really disappointed in the way this experience went down.

Beware of the rudest and most immature bouncer you will ever encounter in the city of Chicago. After understandably telling my brother-in-law to throw away is food before he could come in (who complied), the bouncer then refused to let him in. When asked why he simply ignored my brother-in-law, sister, and then both me and my brother once we became involved. Fully ignored. Would not acknowledge us, look at us, speak to us, or give any sort of explanation whatsoever as to why entrance was being denied. All the while he continued to let other guests into the bar. While it’s completely at his discretion to deny someone entrance the sheer rudeness he showed in ignoring other adults trying to calming reach a resolution and at least receive an expiation was unacceptable. As a result our group of 18+ left and as a group who as frequented the bar for the last 6 years I’m sad to say we will never be going back and they’ve completely lost our business. If you like karaoke I suggest to find somewhere else.

READ IF YOUR A HUMAN WITH A HEART !!!!
Me and friends thought this would be a great place to hang out for my friends birthday it's was 5+ of us we bought drinks and food. We were waiting for our song request for about two- 3hours and when we signaled to the guy that we would still like to go waved it off he after some short time passed he began to play "WADE IN THE WATER" which is a Negro spiritual song. ( we were the only ones there that were black). Besides few other alternative black folk. Even the mixed people were weirded out about it and came to our table and said "what the hell" I was already skeptical about wanting to play an r&b song because the place was already filled with whites (which is fine!!!) we're in Chicago !!!! Usually this doesn't happen in Chicago or so I thought. We wanted to get our moneys worth so we stayed for a bit longer and still didn't get called to the stage After buying 2-3 rounds of shots for 5+ ppl and food for our guest. We just thought to head out without causing a scene because we're legit disturbed and uncomfortable. I don't like pulling the Race card but please do better with being more diverse at this location ! The crowd was nice and waiter was amazing food was great !!! That weird guy who controls the mic and music needs to do better tho. Don't fire him we don't need him working any where else !
