We were there as soon as they opened. First time dinners. We wanted a nice place to take my fiance's son to celebrate his graduation. Did not disappoint . The lasagna, pollo Parmesano, and the ravioli with braised beef were amazing. Atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The staff is super nice. Will definitely be returning.

We love this place! My family and I have been coming here for over 15 years! The food is great. My very favorite is a grilled seafood platter with spinach and garlic. My next favorite dish is penne pasta with vodka sauce plus I add grilled shrimp. So so good 👍
Pizza is really good as well.
Homemade tiramisu is outstanding!

My family and I love this place. You can’t go wrong with anything you order. Great service and family atmosphere too.

Spaghetti sauce is so Tangy it was over whelming.... not good. Chicken parm was so thin and not meaty at all, tasted frozen and tough....
I couldn't finish my dinner... it gave me a sore throat.. very disappointed for a $60.00 dinner. Over all service was faster than expected
Delivery service was 5 star, driver was so friendly. Would try again. But definitely not any thing with the tomato sauce...

Manager needs to be sent for customer service training! This is my complaint. An order I placed online on Friday, February 14, 2025, evening was not ready as noted in the email receipt received. But it was not just 5 or 10 minutes. I actually waited for over an hour for my food and saw numerous orders being picked up, ahead of mine. Yes, the restaurant was very busy (since it was Valentine's Day) but there is no excuse for the level of delay, I experienced. I arrived way ahead of the time and informed the staff that I was there. I think my order had not even been acknowledged, at that time. In addition, My request to speak to the manager (who was aware of my order) was denied. When the nice young girl covering the pick up counter told him that I had asked to speak with him, I overheard him (John is his name) yell out instructions to just offer me something for free or a discount of $2.00. I refused any freebies. I was not looking for that. The fact that he did not have the decency to speak to me in person and his response to my request was just yelling out instructions to just offer me free stuff, was offensive and disrespectful. I do hope this restaurant pays attention on the customer feedback and reviews. This was an awful experience of service by the Manager. There are so many good Italian restaurants in Chicago, decent customer service is vital and important to maintain clientele.I will definitely not be going or ordering from this restaurant, again. The food is average American Italian (nothing to brag About) and with its bad management, now below standards for a neighborhood restaurant.

Thin crust was decent, pan pizza not so much. It had little to no sauce in comparison to the amount of cheese on the pizza. Owner was friendly but waitresses service was not good. The time between empty glasses was at minimum 10 minutes before we requested for refills. On top of it $39 for 12 soft drinks was a great surprise to say the least! Over all food was not bad but everything else was not what we expected from back in the day.

I was very disappointed with the food portion
I order fettuccine Alfredo pasta with chicken and told the lady that I wanted extra chicken on the pasta which I was charger 6$ extra for and the amount of chicken was normal portion as what they usually would give.

I've been getting food here since I was a teenager, but, something has definitely changed. The pizza was so-so, but the barbecue chicken has been one of my favorites forever, but not anymore, it was awful, just awful, I don't know what changed, but my long affair is over, sad, and disappointed.
