Great vibe, beautiful space and decoration .. but that’s where it ends. Service was slow, staff inattentive, and the way complaints were handled? Not OK. Sadly, I can’t recommend this place — unless you’re just going for the decor and a quick photo. 👎✨ Came for the drinks, stayed for the extra protein (yes, really — in my glass)lol🤦🏼‍♀️

We had a wonderful time visiting Wonderland yesterday. The atmosphere is unbelievable with a ton of photo ops. Stretch aka Cass provided impeccable service, offered great suggestions, and was super accommodating. The food was good, drinks were interesting, and we are definitely going to check out future pop ups at Tree House Chicago.

They do pop-up themes and this time it was Wicked the move. Next will be Alice in Wonderland I think. Super cute. Bright colours. Many instagramable shot options. They also have a dancefloor. Server was so friendly and knew her stuff. The assistant manager Drew took time to chat with us also.

VINNIE! One word and one one word only. I came here for the first time and he made my entire experience. He made a 10/10 espresso martini. Danced with me on all my favorite songs and continued to check my group of 5+. He really made our entire experience! I would come back when he is working specifically!

Went for the Emerald city pop up. The vibe was there. Everything looked nice and the drinks were decent. It was definitely a party bar. It was busy and the music was decent. I had a reservation but a server never came to my table. Was able to get drinks from the bar but couldn’t order food. It was obvious they were only focused on the booths that I assume were spending a lot of money. No need to go back. It was a one and done for me.

Living in Chicago all my life, this is by far the WORST place in Chicago. Save your time, energy, and money and DO NOT COME HERE.

I was treated with unnecessary aggression, something I’ve never experienced before. I was celebrating St. Patty's Day with my wristband, bar crawling like everyone else, and honestly, I only wanted to use their restroom. After waiting in line for an hour, we were told to leave — no explanation, no reason. Immediately, I felt like I was being treated unjustly, so I started recording (WHICH I AM FULLY WITHIN MY RIGHT TO DO). I have video proof of the security guard snatching my phone out of my hands — MY PROPERTY — because I was recording them. Because they knew were doing something wrong and were guilty.. She was given orders to treat us unfairly by a white individual. Staff stood by, complicit, even giving her orders to treat us unfairly. She was so aggressive, her own coworkers had to remove her.... I will never return here, nor will I spend a single penny at this place. There are countless better options in Chicago — go literally anywhere else.

Bought tickets for the St Patty’s Day bar crawl that included Tree House. After waiting in line, they said they were not honoring the wrist bands for the bar crawl because of a “‘miscommunication”. They tried to charge a group of all guys ahead of us $40 a person even though they were part of the crawl. They only let us through because we raised a fuss. Even then, they acted like it was a favor. In the bathroom, they had a sign advertising the bar crawl so I’m not sure how there was a “miscommunication”. Terrible service and drinks were over priced and not good.

Do not come here! We spent more than $30 on a bar crawl that included tree house until 10pm. We got here at 9pm and they tried to charge us $20.

For St Patty's day, we spent more than $30 on a bar crawl that explicitly stated that Tree House is cover free until 10pm. Despite arriving BEFORE 9:10PM, we were told that we needed to pay a $10 cover. This place will extort you and is a scam. Do not come here. Reward actual reputable businesses that deserve your money and not this establishment.

We purchased a bar crawl for >$30 that included Tree House without cover until 10pm. Despite getting to Tree House before 9pm and to the front of the line before 9:10pm, they said that they were going to charge $20. This place is an absolute scam and they will extort you. Do not come here, this is an amazing city with many great bars and restaurants that are reputable and deserve your money. Reward them, not this scam establishment.

For St Patrick’s Day, my friends and I purchased a bar crawl that explicitly included Tree House without cover until 10pm. We got to the front of the line just after 9pm and they said that even with the wristbands, they were going to charge us $20. Would not recommend coming here.

We payed $35 for bar crawl. It said free cover until 10pm. We arrive 9:08 pm and they said $20 cover. This place is a scam, do not come. Avoid at all costs they will rip you off at every opportunity. There are businesses that are actually reputable in this great city that you should support.

We paid 60$ for wristbands to attend an event, with guaranteed entry. They turned us away and said we need to pay 20$ cover
