This place is so poorly ran and nonsensical. I would like to make it clear that this review is unrelated to the food/vendors and is exclusively about the operations of the facility. I ordered online to get my food at 8:30am and the place was open based on the facility website. When I got there, all the doors were locked. I had to knock until a very nice woman left me in to pick up my burrito. Why do I have to go on a scavenger hunt for a burrito I paid for, that was supposed to be open? This place also has disorganized, confusing, and long wait times when the doors are open. I wish it was ran better because the vendors really suffer for the inefficiency of the facility operations.

We have only eaten at The Cumin Bowl, here, and only at dinner time. The chicken tikka masala and chicken korma with cumin rice are SO delicious! Easy ordering at the kiosk, and food was prepared quickly, and at a reasonable price.

We went there to get dinner from Hawaiian Bros. and everyone was great. But Pierre went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience. He remembered our name, made sure our table was clean and ready to go and it was clear that hospitality was second nature to him. Kudos to Kitchen United Mix for having folks like Pierre on your team!
