Ordered online or over phone for Five years from summit Il. Then we moved to Indiana and decided to walk in. They forgot slice of sausage and said next time you call we will give it to you. Today I called and I got transferred to extremely rude overwhelmed manager he kept asking me pizza or slice cause it’s a big difference and how do you normally order. Seriously, forget the slice of pizza and let’s just not order food from here anymore! Get it together Trianos you not cooking with love and it shows.

This place is absolutely amazing. Came home from Alabama to visit my mom, I called them while I was still on the road and had 2 pizzas delivered to my mom's house so it would be there when we arrived (well after closing time). They went above and beyond. Order from them everytime I come home!!

Our pizza was ready fast. It was delicious but a little heavy on the oregano they sprinkle on top. 20 inch pizza for $34 is a great deal
Giving 5 stars solely on the pizza itself.I've tried many pizza joints in Chicago and I’ll say this is one of the best I’ve had in the city. Cheese fries and hot wings are alright but the pizza is great!

Boyfriend ordered a medium pizza with HALF meat lovers the other HALF pepperoni, jalapeño, and pineapple.. picked it up, order was made wrong. No problem we called and the lady asked “WHAT DO YOU WANT US TO DO TO MAKE IT BETTER” we asked for another pizza the way it was supposed to be.. and we picked it up and it was nearly burnt and there was something gross on it. This place has really gone downhill.

Ordered delivery. I actually resorted to Triano's because no one else was open this late on a Saturday, but I will not overlook this place again The pizza was fantastic! I will surely order again.

Normally they are on point. However, today the 40th anniversary was disappointing. Showing appreciation with the 40% pizza sale EXCELLENT marketing strategy. The ability to keep up with orders disappointing. Called in my order was advised it would be 45 minute's. Arrived 45 minute's later to pick up order, advised it'll be another 25-30 minute's, went back in 25 minute's later advised once again it'll be an additional 25 minute's. Very disappointed... Establishment should have put a little more into the Preparation as I'm sure they knew the demand for pizza was going to be overwhelming. I ended up requesting a refund and very disappointed. However, CONGRATULATIONS on 40 year's....
Update: Hi Anthony. I did send you an email about a week ago. However, I never heard back from you. I do look forward to your email.
