The food is UNBELIEVABLE - JEM Smashburgers are absolutely the best I've had! Chef Emily & Chef Johnny are so gifted and passionate about everything they serve, and have such a unique menu along with the regular favorites :)
I usually love to include pictures with my reviews, but unfortunately our burgers and loaded fries were gone in seconds - can't recommend JEM/Trinity enough!

The environment is very low-key, laid back and very warm! The bartenders were quick to check on us and ask if we needed anything, and LOVE the free pool table for the month of October! The food is, without question, the BEST part. We got cheese curds for the table that didn't last longer than 2 minutes (we devoured them, not a single crumb lived to tell the tale). Chef made sure the four of us all got our food at the same time (such a thoughtful perk)! The proverbial cherry on top, was the name of the game. Their BURGERS. Good God. I love a burger that leaves you abandoning the napkins-- too mouthwatering to put it down! Everything is done with love and you can *taste* it. The bourbon onions and bacon??! UGH phenomenal. I've been there a couple times already, and am counting down the days for my next visit! Thank you Trinity Pub and JEM SMASH Burgers! You have 4 new fans :,)

I went in and it was movie night with Brandy - I think her name was? She is the best!! I brought friends last week and was pleasantly surprised to have a chill night out with pool and good vibes. It’s nice to have a good bartender who cares about what we want to see. She offered other options and I think that’s awesome.. none of us watch sports so her offering a new movie or a game on the many TV’s was awesome! Will definitely come back with the same group, she was a delight and living near by that’s important.

The bar and atmosphere is superb. Julie is an EXCELLENT and personable bartender! The food is amazing and I highly recommend coming here for a bite to eat. John loves what he does and his food shows it. 11/10 will definitely be coming back.
