Trogo Kitchen and Market is truly exceptional in both the quality of their food and the service they provide. We ran a successful conference, and thanks to Trogo, we received numerous compliments on the food.

I really could not ask for more.

The service and food was absolutely amazing, you could taste the freshness of the vegetables. If I was allowed to give 10 stars I would!

one of my favorite spots in the neighborhood. the owners are so welcoming and friendly, the food and coffee is always fresh and delicious, and the space is cozy. can't recommend this place enough!

This place is incredible. I work in the building and its become my go-to lunch spot in the past couple months. The electricity in our building went out today, and not only did they still prepare my pre-ordered food, they did so in the dark. The salads are a great price for what you get, baked goods are amazing, and café drinks are spectacular. These folks are so great; can't recommend enough!

I work in the building, and have eaten there (or gotten take out) several times. I wish more people knew about this place. The food is great (honestly one of the best scones I've ever had) and the owner is delightful. A little hidden gem that's worth a stop (also good for catering).

What a gem. Trogo is on the 2nd floor of the Green Exchange Building. Quaint coffee/breakfast/lunch place. Superb and thoughtful sandwiches, salads, and soups. Great place for people with dietary restrictions (plenty of vegan and gluten free options) I had the frittata panini with mushrooms. Easily the best egg sandwich I’ve had in ages. The owners are a husband and wife team. Super friendly and they take pride in their business. Would highly recommend. And sea salt chocolate chip cookie is phenomenal and also happens to be vegan.

Recently had catering from this company and it was phenomenal. Greek salads were fresh and flavorful, the focaccia pizza was perfectly cooked and the meal was topped off with some excellent desserts. Great job!

Breakfast panini is amazing. Top 5 bfast sandwiches (and I’ve had sooo many breakfast sandwiches). Everyone here is super chill and the vibe’s great!

Today I ordered from Trogo for lunch using GrubHub. Grubhub then cancelled my order because they said the restaurant was 'closed'. As it turned out, the restaurant had my order ready. Long story short, the owner presonally delivered my food along with a delicious bonus cookie. I will definitely be ordering from Trogo again. Thank you, Cian, for checking with me about my order after being told by GrubHub it was cancelled. And thank you for making sure my food was freshly made and delivered on time. You made me a repeat customer for sure!

One of my favorite places to eat! I've ordered from here about weekly since they've opened. Everything I've tried has been flavorful, bright, & fresh, as well as beautiful. (I'm not someone who normally takes photos of meals but here we are!) The owners and chefs are also welcoming and delightful. I know finding the place up the stairs in the Green Exchange building can be a bit odd, but don't let that stop you from trying out their sandwiches and salads! The cafe area is comfy and cozy if you just wanna get a coffee and work too. Enjoy!!!
