Hit up Top Nutrition Cafe (fka Tropical Protein Cafe) yesterday—spent about $20 on the Acai protein crepe with fruit and a Detox Green smoothie. Chill vibey spot in Brighton Park, super fresh bowls and crepes, though the smoothie was a tad pricey. Staff was real friendly and fast, but I wish the space was less cramped. Still one of my go‑to healthy spots around here.

Went in today and he was so sweet told him he didn’t have a menu but I decided with the pictures that I took to upload it so much variety great place to bring a friend and eat ! Has punch cards for the next time you come back had a Oreo smoothie and a mango digestivo and it was so good !!! 🥹 thank you so much !!

Had the mango açaí bowl, the waffle and berry smoothie. Every thing is so delicious and great portion sizes. Very welcoming and friendly. I’ll try the crepe next

This local protein café/juice bar is an underrated up-and-coming gem. Highly recommend the protein quesadillas, açaí bowls, protein crepes, and protein coffees. There is a wide selection of freshly-crafted coffees, juices, & smoothies for mostly anyone's nutritional/dietary goals. There is something for everyone with nutritional goals, whether it be weight loss or weight gain. Even the vast smoothie options compare to Mexican ice cream shop flavors, such as "La Michoacana" & "La Tropicana". The owner is down-to-earth and really cares about the guests. The service never disappoints. Though the ambiance is still evolving as the cafe keeps developing, I think more decorative accents and couches would be the cherry on top!

Other than that, the food quality and service are very up to par for fitness enthusiasts and casual café goers alike! Highly recommend!!

From the parking to the customer service and the food everything was on par able was more than helpful on every product. I have to come back and try their pizza. Looks amazing! Can't believe it's made out of protein and some type of avocado sauce. Need to try. I'll be back.

This new cafe exceeded my expectations. Perfect for people who wish to hit their protein macro targets with delicious treats and smoothies/shakes/coffees. The matcha smoothie and coffee were amazing!Although the business is still starting up, the menu items are already outstanding! Highly recommend!
