My online order today went to the store wait an hour still never got my order, I then had to tell them to cancel my order so I can get my reward back and now I didn’t get my money back or my reward. I have been calling the store no one picks up phone. They are very understaffed and don’t know what they are doing I am a very unsatisfied customer and I’m pissed

I would like to say amazing job from the workers, the service was immaculate, when I order from this location, on the uber eats app, I didn’t expect it to come so fast, and protein smoothies was so good, I had got a 2 of them with protein and energizer, they helped a lot with moving furniture fast, and to regain my energy, and it helped with working out at the gym afterwards, I will order again

I’ve been coming here for 6 months cose to work and I dress up professionally. Most staff are nice except two Hispanic ladies I’ve encountered myself with. Today I arrived at 7:56pm and they close at 8pm. I attempted to order 10 minutes before but no one answers the phones. When I arrived at 7:56pm I was inside and the one of the young Hispanic lady told me no they will not place my order because they are closing and already wages everything. I told her I tried to order earlier and app did not let me and no one answer phone calls. Also, why is the door open and refusing service. Another lady ANITA approached me and said she will not place my order and has never seen me before. I come here at least 3-5 times a week since it’s close to work but I was dressed causally since I was off work. She sat there staring at the clock counting down each minute and second. Her name is ANITA very rude and condescending. She also looked at my car and outside and said “oh nice car. We are both new.” Very stance for her to say that since I have been ordering here for months and have met them many times. Both of these ladies are very disorganized when I’ve ordered from past. Running out of recipes, poor hygiene with hair and dirty shirts, dirty bathrooms, no toilet paper, slow service when they work and poor communication between both of them. I asked for the manager name and she refused. ANITA did not give me manager name nor her coworkers. These lazy ladies have no right refusing service to customers especially if they are still open and discriminating against my attire. I added picture of them to this review. Thank you for your time.
