The store I was visit, do not take 'walkin's' and only provides pickup for app orders only. There was no one at the store besides the girl running it and I still needed to make an order online. Why have a store if there is no use for it???

Been to other locations and it’s been good. Just ordered 2 smoothies and a sandwich from this location. It took about 30 mins for them to make our smoothies and 2 people in front of us. Got my food order wrong. Smoothies are just chunks of ice and frozen fruit so can’t even drink it

When I first started ordering from here 3 years ago I raved about the smoothies to everyone I knew.. not the case anymore & I won't be getting them anymore neither. Over the past year, every time I've ordered one from here it has tasted extremely watered down.

Pulled up at 8:50 on a Saturday, 06/24/2023 and they locked the doors on me? Closing time is 9PM so I’m very confused on why the employees think they can just close early because they feel like it. I’m calling corporate because this is unacceptable.
I ordered a smoothie & flatbread today. The flatbread was lukewarm so it felt like maybe the chicken wasn’t cooked. And the smoothie was not blended fully, so it was unusually too thick to enjoy, along with several pieces of fruit and ice chunks still not blended. I couldn’t even drink 25% of it, which is disappointing..

Love the smoothies but the customer service was horrible today. I went in at about 8:40pm, mind you they close at 9 on google. I ordered and noticed the girl behind the counter try to rush me to tell her my order, so I’m thinking to myself it’s okay it’s fine let me just order she makes my drink and tells me to close the door. Mind you my drink was not frozen what’s so ever. It was the wateriest I’ve had from Tropical Smoothie. She closed doors at 8:40
