Shocking costumer service. Lady behind the till was so rude almost refused to take our order because I stood 3 inches to the left. Regarding the burger I can make much better burger at home. Burger patty not seasoned at all, vegetables didn’t look or taste fresh. I wanted Mustard sauce on my burger too but all I received was a little yellow spit in the middle of my bun. Shame there isn’t any other burger place I could’ve gone to.
Good burgers, priced way too high for what you get, bad customer service and overall experience.
Don't waste your time. Nothing is made fresh. They reheated two already made beef patties, cold bacon and a cold already toasted bun. Horrible and expensive. Honestly dont know why they are still in business. If I could have given no stars, I would have.
Messed up my order, took forever, bad service...
Dried out burger and expensive
Trash, if you have a 4 hour flight ahead of you starve before dealing with the bad customer service and reheated burger!
Really doesn’t worth it.
The attention is the wost... slowly at death.. please buy in another place before you lost you flight in chicago airport
Terrible service and poor cleanliness the cashier coughed in her hand then tried to hand me a drink cup.

$17 for a very mediocre burger don't waste your time
Bad service, bad attitude, cold buns bad bad bad!
You see the line thinking wow this must be a really good joint... Nope these are just miserable people realizing the poor choice they've just made which you are about to do too..Expect waiting no less than 20-30 minutes for a mediocre burger that isn't cheap either...Just walk away..
Was at the Midway location a week ago and it was nothing short of pitiful. 15min wait for a sausage, egg, muffin.sandwich. NEVER AGAIN
I just wanted a quick hamburger and saw this establishment. I should have just walked away after the first few minutes of speaking with the order taker - she didn't have a clue about the products being served and gave out wrong information in the end. I just wanted a basic burger but the menu is so complicated and confusing! What is True Sauce? Can I just get a burger and Ketchup and Mayo only? How big is the beef patty? The agent taking the order had no idea and kept referring me to the chef. At one point I asked if there was a McDonalds anywhere in the terminal as at least I could simply order what I wanted but there were none. Finally I learned the True Sauce has Dijon Mustard among other ingredients that I do not like so I made sure not to include that - the menu looks like that sauce is added to everything you order. Then I was told the 'True' Burger was bigger than a regular burger - which it wasn't. Then there are the home made chips for almost 4 bucks - I was assured they would come hot but what I got was something smaller than a bag of chips and at room temperature if not colder! When I went to the chef to ask about warming them up he was grumpy and said that's how they came. I should have bought the bag of chips and not the overpriced cold greasy homemade chips! Another customer made a similar complaint but got nowhere. The only good thing I can say was that the burger was good - but the non-existant customer service and the very confusing menu just made for a very poor experience. Whomever thought up the menu at this place clearly doesn't have a clue about fast food and to put someone in charge to represent the 'menu-mess' who has never even eaten there was just more brilliance on display. I took advantage of the free refills of the soft drinks - at least I had to believe they were free since I felt as if I had paid for them many times over. Would I go back? Probably not considering how there were other and better choices down the line that I passed on my way to my gate. Midway would do everyone a service by bringing back McDonalds. Their menus are simple and easy and you know what you are getting - none of this mystery that takes a long time to decypher with people who are clueless.
