I would recommend this place for dinner, especially when Nyla McDaniel is singing!We called ahead to see who was performing, and when we heard it was Nyla we rushed in to get a table. The service, food and drinks were great, and sitting in the bar area with live music was really what made the evening outstanding.The food and drink that I liked most were the crab fried rice and spicy blackberry margarita. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.
The lobster bisque was terrible it was way too rich it almost tasted like a tomato soup and too much tomato paste. Lobster Mac was also really bad noodles were over cooked and did not taste Like lobster Mac at all... salmon was pretty good. Kinda plain tho... The steak was decent and mash were okay... very over priced not best quality food... the waitress was super nice Tho! Great service and the ambiance was beautiful
Crab cakes delicious best in the City of Chicago. Live entertainment was outstanding. Love the fruit service with the water. Salmon was ordered well done and although not usual request for Salmon brought to table lukewarm. Problem was rectified immediately however manager was rude with response that fish was cooked through. Had dinner there a few days earlier and service had been outstanding. It seemed a little off this night but might be due to it was a Friday and crowded. Restaurant...
