this place is butt the food is good but the employees got mad at me for waiting so long because they took an hour to cook 8 pieces of chicken for my group of friends we kept asking yhem how long and they said 5 mins and the 5 mins turned into another 15 mins so the food is good and delicious but the wait time and service is horrible and the employees that served me should be fired by the way i was treated because i waited almost an hour for fricking 8 pieces of chicken thank you for reading this

Cute spot for delicious Korean shaved ice! If you havenāt had it before, it is like a milky creamy shaved ice instead of the bland American crap that gets soaked in too sweet syrup (donāt get me wrong, thereās a time and place when those are yummy too). We had the tiramisu and strawberry shaved ice. We also ordered the egg waffle but didnāt take a picture. The egg waffle is 100% a must with whatever shaved ice you get - such a good pairing!
Make sure you come with plenty of room left in your stomach! The portions of these are massive and 6 people could easily share one dessert after getting dinner in Chinatown. It does come with red beans if you like them. Most friends that didnāt grow up eating them donāt care for them.
Tiramisu: this was a wow. So delicious, every bite. There was enough toppings for the whole thing.
Strawberry: this was a wow and my favorite between the two we tried. I am a strawberry lover. I could probably use more strawberries than what comes on it, but only because I devoured the strawberries with probably too high of a ratio to the shaved ice in each bite.

The drinks were okayā¦ the customer service is bottom rock Iāve never been treated this badly in my whole life the workers were wiping their sweat in the back, they were chewing as they were making our food. If I could take a picture I would but thatās not āconsensualā. Even the counter looked dirty ?. I ordered the food for here, and they gave it to go. They didnāt even want me in their restaurant ?. The music was so loud the cashier couldnāt hear me, kept telling me to repeat myselfā¦ wellā¦ whose fault is that?! Overall they ruined my experience in Chinatown. Oh and the lychee fruit looked and tasted very canned.
They need to be inspect in the front and the back. I shouldāve never came in here and ruin my experience of having boba drinks.
