First time here, employee just ignored you even asking for their attention (twice) to order (he was focused on his phone) then I was told to order at the kiosk. There’s no sign for that so how would I know?? I did dine in for Korean mango shaved ice, while it tasted good, the whole entire restaurant is so cold! Very uncomfortable to eat. They have space heaters but still not enough to keep you warm, I’d be more comfortable to eat it in my car. This place is prolly only good for takeout which I’ve seen a lot of pick up is happening.
Good boba tea. I ordered a medium chicken and it could feed a family. Great deal!
tried the mango creme and rose creme so so so good, I love the small pieces of mango or rose petals included <3
The wings are say eh and crispy with very unique flavors. The boba is also really good if you’re just looking for a refresher.
However the wings are on the smaller side and pricey for the portion compared to other wing places around Chicago.
Minus 1 star for the bathroom smell. Other than that I like the place.
Delicious bingsu. Highly recommended.
Good service. Fresh milk with mango bubbles is not the best.
Get the Grapefruit green tea slush. Trust
Sweet escape at TSAOCAA – Fullerton
If heaven had a dessert lounge, TSAOCAA would be on the top floor. We ordered the mango snow ice, and let me just say—this thing deserves its own fan club. Creamy, dreamy, and loaded with fresh mango chunks, drenched in condensed milk and topped with a proud swirl of whipped cream like a crown—it was the royalty of shaved ice. Every spoonful was a tropical vacation.
The ambiance? Chill and cozy with subtle modern Asian café vibes. Staff was courteous, and the dessert presentation was Instagram-worthy (clearly, as seen in my accidental food photoshoot 📸).
Perfect for sharing—unless you suddenly turn selfish like I did. I came in craving something light and fruity, left with mango euphoria and zero regrets.
Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to cool off with style and flavor. Can’t wait to come back and try the other snow ice flavors!
Thank you, my awaiting is over because of u thank for this tummy boba

Saw the good reviews and had to check it out! They got plenty of seating and it’s a nicely decorated space, I love the mural! Ordering on the tablet is a little confusing and tedious but works. Food items are pretty expensive, but the garlic boneless wings were so tasty! So was the bubble waffle, though I wish the Oreo one came with cream. Great tea too, it was so refreshing!
Yummy yum yummy. Took me back to Seoul with the taste and the vibe! Will be back for more chicken and tteokbokki!
Their lychee rose tea and mango pomelo with sago pearls are absolutely delicious.
I ordered the chicken wings, but they had an unusual flavor, and the meat didn't taste fresh. When I raised my concerns, they refused to issue a refund. I won't be ordering from them again. Sorry, but you've lost a customer.
My go to boba place since years. Plenty of flavors and culturally aesthetic vibe. Get the Taro and brown sugar.
