The atmosphere on Reggaeton night was really fun. The neon lights and lasers kept the dance floor from being too dark, and the crowd was very positive. The bar service was very responsive, and the security staff was kind and helpful.

I went for my early birthday, high specting to enjoy the date. The place, a mess, the treatment with the people, also a mess. And at the end of the night the guards start to being agressive and broke my nose.

Absolutely rude bartender in the back on 7/13. I am usually very helpful/friendly, I understand this industry is very busy on a Saturday night. So I waited 15min for this woman to take my order (despite skipping me) for me and my two girls and by the time she came around she skipped out before I could finish my order. And when she made the first drink, I tried to explain the other two drinks and she had the audacity to lecture me about ordering together when she was the one running away. I didn’t argue and tried to continue to order my other two drinks, literally yelling the order, and she still had things to say to me about what I did wrong. Obviously this bartender was having a bad night. Again, I am usually extremely forgiving and this girl was beyond rude. 0/5 for this bartender, replace her. Love the music of this venue

This has little to do with the space and daily operations. After the event we were just there and unattended to. no food or service. Meh.

If you frm out of town beware…the ppl at the bottom will make you pay extra money then when you get upstairs to the club they will kick you out if you ain’t dressed correctly….Plz beware if you frm out of town
