Overall experience was terrible. The hostess at the front door was extremely rude and as we were waiting for our friends she screamed at us and said “I don’t want you here so move.” Then one of the workers spilled juice on my friend and refused to give her water to wipe it off. The bartender was also extremely rude and screamed at my other friend. Overall the people who work here need better customer service and need to not be so rude.

The overall experience was an absolute disaster from start to finish. We spent thousands on a table and still had to deal with an unbelievably rude and corrupt bouncer. He charged random amounts to people in our group—$20 for some, $40 for others—and then completely denied one of our friends entry unless he paid $60. When my friend questioned why he was being singled out, the bouncer got angry, kicked him out of the line, and left him freezing outside for over an hour in nothing but a t-shirt. At one point, we even got one of the security officers to come outside and help, but the bouncer was furious and refused to let him in. Even the security officer admitted the bouncer was being unreasonable and "tripping," but he still wouldn’t budge.
As if that wasn’t enough, the bouncer stooped even lower and actually spat on my friend while he was waiting outside. Absolutely disgusting behavior. The DJ was awful, the drinks were watered down, and the entire place reeked of chaos and unprofessionalism. This is hands down one of the worst clubs I’ve ever been to. Management, do something about your staff—this bouncer is costing you business and your reputation. Never coming back.

He refused to let one of our friends in, demanding $60 after we had already spent thousands on a table. The rest of us had to pay $20 or $40 just to get inside, even though we had proof of our reservation. When our friend questioned why he had to pay more, the bouncer got aggressive, denied him entry, and left him standing in the freezing cold for over an hour in just a t-shirt. To make things worse, one of my other friends, who was just standing in line, got shoved by this same bouncer for apparently being “too close” to the door. He was literally just waiting his turn and not causing any problems.
The whole night was a disaster. The music was trash, the drinks were watered down, and the staff was rude and unprofessional. This club is a scam from top to bottom. Management needs to fire that bouncer immediately—he’s stealing money and putting your reputation in the gutter. Don’t waste your time or money here.

My group spent 3k here last night for a table and this trash bouncer tried to charge me $60 for entry. I told him I have a table and they’re inside. He refused and tried to pocket $20 and take another $60 for entry.
The other bouncers around him were in on it too. I argued with them and they didnt let me in for arguing when theyre in the wrong and we are the ones spending thousands in their garbage club.
This is the second time coming here. The first time the DJ was trash.

These guys make most of their money from pocketing the clubs cover fees and charging people more.
Management this is for you to see. Watch your cameras and fire your trash employees. They are stealing from your customers and from your business.

It was bumping, exactly what you want from a Club. These guys next to me were talking about how they snuck in a gun because the security didn't check their ankles...but hey nothing came of it.

I work in the industry and the people at the door were extremely rude , racist and classists. There’s no need for that tone of approaches towards the customers. The girls in charge of charging need training in how to give people customer service . I’m never coming again .
