Cozy, welcoming, delicious! We started with the turkish pizza, which was light and savory, with a nice crunchy crust. followed by the beet salad, mixed kebabs and grilled eggplant in tomato sauce. Yum! Dessert was lemon creme brûlée, which was delicate and had the perfect crust, and walnut baklava which were honestly a bit underbaked and doughy. The only thing I would have changed is to dim the lights a bit more for dinner, but I realize that's a personal preference. It was so lovely to have conversation without having to shout or strain to hear.
It was raining outside but nice inside. We got a few dishes to share. The mussel stew was a delicious. We had to ask for bread to soak up the sauce. The broiled squid in the squid salad were tender and tasty. The mixed Kabab was wonderful. I really liked the scallops and salmon. My wife enjoyed the juicy beef and my friend the shrimp and chicken. Lamb Turkish pizza rounded it out. It reminded me of the Turkish airlines lounge in Istanbul airport. We finished with a delicious baklava. The service was great and the saxophone and piano made for a fun atmosphere. I would be glad to go again and try some of the other items on their abundant menu.
The food was delicious!! I'm so glad I found this restaurant! I will definitely be going back. We ordered the hummus (yum) and the lemon chicken (yum) but the real star of the show was the Tagliatelle Pasta.
Turquoise was already one of our favorite restaurants in Chicago, but it was extraordinary this time. The food was great for both the omnivores and vegetarians in the group. We usually eat on the nice patio, but the rain moved us inside, where there was awesome music being played by a great saxophonist and a wonderful piano player. The ambience was delightful. Our server was very patient with us and the manager and hostess really worked very hard, and succeeded in, getting the open table system to accept our reward card. It was a memorable night for our out of town guests. We are grateful.
The food here is fabulous. And the Friday night jazz pianist was great. Service was a little on and off throughout our dinner but overall we really really loved this place and we're 100% coming back.
Food was fantastic, service top notch and large portions so you wont go away hungry. We will definitely be putting this back on the list for our next trip to Chicago!
A wonderful spot - a consistently good experience. The staff is very proactive about food allergies, and they have many Gluten-Free appetizers and entrees. The service model was excellent, and we will be back again soon.
Food and drinks were great! The only criticism was the falafel, maybe skip that off your order
Everything was perfect! Food seasoned perfectly, wait staff great. I asked the waiter about a particular preparation, and he had the chef come out and speak with us.
This was our second visit to Turquoise - the first was several years ago. The outdoor seating looked lively and seemed to have a lovely ambiance. Unfortunately, there was no outdoor seating available, so we were seated at the back of the restaurant. The service was rushed. The server wanted to take our drinks and dinner order together. We asked to order drinks first, and when they were brought, he once again wanted to take our order, so we gave in. We both had the Caesar salad, which was fine; good but nothing special. My husband had the lamb shank which he enjoyed. I had the branzino and it was mediocre, bland with equally bland vegetables on the side. After rushing to get us to order, once our mains were delivered, we never saw our server again. Nothing was bad, but nothing was particularly good, and not worth the $$. Sadly, we won't return.

I was treated to my birthday dinner at Turquoise. I chose the Turquoise Mix grill kabob and a cocktail named Blonde ambition, a lemony drink. We had the Baklava for dessert. Not too sweet. There are So many good choices for dinner,so it makes sense to return to taste more of the menu.
This is a great find in a lovely neighborhood. Cocktails were good, food was good....we walked from Wrigleyville...about 1-1/2 miles. Great value!
The brunch was amazing. So many delicious dishes, and it was very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend the brunch!
Great experience at Turquoise every time! Delicious food, charming environment and good service! Thank you.
Overall like it very nice . Drinks were good. We enjoyed the whipped feta for the appetizer. My make sea bass was a little dry but my daughter's chicken dish was good. Service very nice. Could have used a little more help but they worked hard and was attentive. Was there for wine Wed which is half off. Pour was small but the waiter reminded us which I thought was nice of him.
