I first discovered Tuscany in the late 90s when a former colleague introduced me to the restaurant. I was immediately impressed with the quality of food and outstanding service. I made it my goal to visit whenever I was in the Chicago area. It's been over a decade since my last visit and I can say without hesitation that the quality and service are as good as ever. I have to say that I was disappointed that the waiter that I had come to know, Jim, is no longer on staff. However, we received fantastic attention and I continue to recommend Tuscany to friends and colleagues.

Excellent service and great food. Had the Beef Carpaccio, Pear Salad, Veal Piccata, Orecchietti Con Salsiccia, Chocolate lava cake and Raspberry cheesecake. Everything was delicious. Will definitely return.

Food tastes as good as when it first opened. Wonderfully authentic Italian food with classic menu and modern twists.

This place was amazing! Our server was great and very attentive. I wish I could remember his name. He also helped me choose my meal which was the Insalata Pera and I added salmon. The best calamari I've ever had and the meatballs were amazing as well. I will definitely be coming back on my next trip to Chicago!

The atmosphere was lively on a Friday night, the service was outstanding, and the food is delicious! Would definitely recommend if you're in Little Italy Chicago!

Our first time there. We've lived here our entire lives and have always wanted to try this restatuarant. Food was great. Server was great. The only thing that will keep us from coming back is they were charging $11.00 to park in their lot. They had a valet out there for a parking lot next the the building. A lot that they own. We went on Sunday and thankfully street parking is free on Sunday so we were able to get a spot on the street. When I mentioned this to the manager his reply was "Go downtown, it's more expensive to park there. We're cheap compared to downtown." I told him that I was coming to have a meal for which I was already paying and would also include a 20% tip. I thought charging to park in their own lot was excessive.

Excellent food as always, great service. Watch out for bees if you're dining outside during this weather.

Great selection of food and drink! Servers start off the meal w/ bread by making a smashed roasted garlic, cheese & olive oil spread that's delicious.

One of my favorite places in Chicago. Very excited to get back here 13 years after hosting our rehearsal dinner here. Get the pear ravioli...it's the best thing on the menu (though it's all great).

A classic Italian restaurant. Always great food. Good service. They take care of you here and make your dinner the way you like it. I've come here for many years and will always come back.

Excellent calamari, ravioli, and the lava cake. Their linguine with clams and teramisu were good but not to Tuscany's high standard I remember.

We sat out on the patio and with the nice night it was outstading. Serviice was great, waiter noticed when our wine glasses needed refilling. Had a chicken dish that i hope to finish other half tonight. with my two favorite Italian deserts: tiaimusu and creme boulee I was in heaven (forgive the spelling errors)

Our server, Saul (sp) and his helper, Fransisco, were amazing! Saul explained many menu choices and recommended a nice glass of Chianti wine. Our food was delicious! We had the burrata cheese with melon and an order of calamari for appetizers. Main course choices were the ravioli pera, linguine with shrimp and a seafood spaghetti. We all enjoyed our selections. Our favorite Italian restaurant in Chicago!
