Great old-school Chicago neighborhood bar and tavern famous for their ribs. The ribs and sides I had were excellent. Friendly service too.

This joint's been servin' up their famous ribs since way back in '32, and lemme tell ya, they ain't messin' around. I went all in with a full slab of those bad boys, slathered in their zesty sauce, and paired it with some onion rings and their pepper jack creamed spinach. The ribs? Fall-off-the-bone tender, with a smoky kick that'll have ya lickin' your fingers clean. All that grub, plus a couple of cold ones, set me back around 50 bucks, but trust me, it's worth every penny.

From a delivery perspective, I was pretty disappointed given all the hype. The bbq sauce had an overly clove smell that was off putting and the ribs were extremely overcooked and dry. Can’t say I will try again.

Cozy atmosphere with great barbecue. Staff is always very friendly. Highly recommend the spicy barbecue sauce for the ribs and the creamed spinach! They don’t take reservations though, so be prepared to wait because they get very busy. However, it’s definitely worth the wait!

This is an astonishing restaurant to dine at. The family owned atmosphere and the food creates a warm charisma and charm about the place. I’ve had the ribs, chicken, sliders, and it is all amazing. Even the grilled cheese is great. Definitely recommend to everyone! Get the prohibition sauce too, it’ll make your taste buds feel like they’re dancing at the clubs!

Old Town legacy. 12 years old, late 1960's. Best baby back ribs, still are. Used to come after school with huge old english sheepdog. Dumptruck, my
neighbors. Straight into the pub. Bartender "it's Ok Sally's son give him a coke". We ere a staple Dumptruck very popular. Twin Anchors has not changed much. Still Old Town neighborhood pub. Crowded weekends, try off night.

A very long wait, inc negotiations ou bbq combo the bbq sauce tasted more like tomato sauce. The ribs were very tender, but not very tasty. Will not return.
