Per my receipt, I asked for a liner between the fries. I did not get that. My wings were not fried hard.

Two Fish Crab Shack is amazing. I appreciate the staffs and managers kindness to me even though I have autism and their food is amazing and really good. Owner Yasmin is very nice. The restaurant is in good condition. Amazing seafood boil. Must come back. 10/10.
We tried the oysters and catfish fillets. They were both seasoned well. The oysters were got fried soft and the catfish fried hard. The fries were decent. We tried both regular and seasoned fries.
I havent been In years! I was excited to go lastnight and take my daughter for the first time. The woman that works at the front was so rude! I feel it was the worse service I ever experienced . They mixed up our orders, then didn't want to fix them. She just asked us to switch food and I was very upset. I even had to pre pay and I was a dine in customer. I also paid for items i didn't receive.. Had to be refunded.

This place deserves 5 stars š. The owner is very nice. She even bought my food outside one time. I will say they reason for 3 stars is that I bought my sister here for king crab legs which were very expensive. I think she only got 2 legs for $75. It should have been $25.. any time you can bend a crab leg with your bare hands means there's no meat inside. Sure enough I had to rip these legs apart because they didnt Crack like normal crab legs, this leg was bending like rubber and for $75 she got less meat than you would on a cluster of crab legs from Red Lobster. I was so embarrassed, they drove an hour to try 2 fish.
Now the real problem is the rude lady at the front with this bright red lipstick and pixie cut. One time I came to pick up my order and because the music was so loud I tried to show her my phone but she ignored it and kept asking for my name that she couldn't hear. All she had to do was look at the phone. She goes to get my order and before she gives it to me she decides it was a good time to check her cell phone with my food in her other hand. Im watching her text someone while holding onto my food. I was so confused. Like can I get my food so I can go or is your text more important? Ok. The next time I came here 25 mins before close. All I needed was a cup of sauce! I walk in and the first thing she said was, do you have an order? No hello, no can I help you. The phone is ringing off the hook (because I called 3 times until I decided to just pull up). This lady had the phone in her hand and everytime it rang she pressed the ignore button. Then she proceed to tell me they are closed when actually it was almost a half hour to close..a cup of sauce I couldn't get because they wanted to close earlier than the stated time. Today I go again!! For her to do the same crap. Walk past my food and goes to the back of the kitchen for 2 minutes then she comes back and grabs my food. The food was right beside her (and cold). Unfortunately I cant keep giving an establishment my money for rude front desk service. Where's the owner at, she's more of a people person. This short lady just seems like she wants to go home and not be bothered.
Do not order on uber eats they will play in your face with your food just go in yall know this not not how yall bbq shrimps look

Itās always something with this restaurant! Itās just the first time that Iām writing a review about it. Theyāve officially lost me. They donāt understand operations or logistics. To top it off, they have the nerve to have rude and entitled customer service. I loved the gumbo but canāt give this place my business anymore. I ordered ahead of time and paid online. Iāve done this every week for the last few months. Each time, online orders have walked to the counter to pick up their order. Today, I get there, and suddenly the policy āhas always beenā to stand in line, with people who literally never ordered. The short lady with the short hair cut was disrespectful to no return today, asking if āIām okā in a taunting way because I wanted to check my fried food that had been sitting there while I was in line. She claimed I snatched it from her, but she just wanted to start something with an already frustrated customer. The bag literally sat on the counter when I opened it. It was more serious for her to prove a point, get a bad review and lose business than to take a second in between customers, look at my name on the bag, print the receipt and have me sign it. Or try to calm it. Or have the guy that was just standing around do it, or actually help me like he said he was going to before never coming back. Never again. Donāt care if itās a black business - itās not enough to get my money and travel time anymore.
Walked through on a Bronzeville Summer night tour and fell in love. Food is off the chain, loved the outside eating area. Plus the live band brought the mood. Two Fish Crab Shack, I will be back!

Donāt waste your time. Customer service donāt exist. They donāt provide information about the menu or the establishment, they donāt make the ordering experience easier for first time customers. No sense of urgency. The table and chairs we sat at was loose and unstable, everything on the table kept sliding, we eventually moved tables. They gave us the wrong number for the table, mixed up our food with another table, and then tried to tell us we grabbed the wrong number at the counter when that was given to us!?
The wings was good. We came for the seafood $21.99 seafood promo. My friendās said they sea food was 5/10 (a lil overcooked and salty), but overall poor experience. I wouldnāt come back. Itās just disappointing to come to places that donāt try at all, this place is a great example of not everybody should have a restaurant if you value your product, customers, and establishment.

Me and my wife went there and we didnāt even have no one tried to take our order for 30mims and when my wife went and asked the front desk she started patting her head all confused

The food was good. Service was great! I went on a Friday night and surprised that it wasnāt packed. I took my Grandbaby and we sat right down. It was clean. There were some flies flying around but that was the only irritating thing about the visit.

Service was horrible, i could see the kitchen and no one was back there wearing gloves. It was a little kid running in and out the kitchen EATING. Someoneās grandma was helping cook and serve too not in any type of uniform literally a tank top and sitting down and going back and forth. The food was inconsistent some stuff was over seasoned other stuff was under seasoned. The prices on the menu were not correct. It was one actual server which was fine but our order took forever and it took forever to even order. They were telling some people gloves were .50$ and others were just giving away. They didnāt have everything on the menu either i was just totally disappointed i really wanted to support this black owned business. The owner manager lady whoever she is with short hair is extremely feisty and attitude not hospitable at all to be in charge. My family and I all felt unwell after visiting here.
