Cozy little outside patio place to sit and eat with small walk up hut to order from the window. Friendly owner and his parents run the place. Tacos were made to order and delicious. Great flavor and good salsas. Right next to tennis courts and short walk to the water. Looking forward to returning next time we're in the area.

5/5 Best Tacos in Chicago. Hands down! The salsas they have are incredible, they really compliment the flavors of each taco. Quality meat. Fresh tortillas. The only downfall is that they aren't open year round! 10/10 service, amazing owners and people.

It's taken a lot for me to write this review bc our motorcycle group has been such good friends with this family for years. We bring them multiple rides every year with hundreds and hundreds of motorcycles. Something like 7 years right now. We always bring a taco truck with us to help with the massive overflow of people. We want to ride and not stand around for 6 hours for everyone to get served. Our taco truck even matches the price of the restaurants tacos everytime we go as to not be shady in any way. We brought them business when this pandemic kicked off in an effort to keep their business alive. The history is there. We can't be more transparent when we run these weekly Taco Tuesday rides. The fact that we bring them so much business every year - for them to shut their doors on us after we had the entire event set up and underway bc we have our weekly taco truck with us was personal. Their tacos are decent but there's never any meat in them - you need to buy multiple and combine them to get a normal sized taco. The cash register is also very slow. These are things we probably should have said to them sooner but whatever. We deal with a lot of greedy businesses in the motorcycle world, but when you have over 250 motorcycles in your parking lot (half of them have passengers) and you refuse to serve anyone bc they came on a motorcycle. That's enough for me to say that we will never be back.
So good! The chorizo taco and pastor taco had excellent flavor. I was grateful that my dog was allowed on the patio with me. I can wait for next spring. I'll be making pit stops during my weekend long runs!

the service was slow the tacos came out very small (for the price) they were also iced cold. I went to try another bite and notice there was a dead fly in the sour cream! when I asked to have them remade, the server acted like this was a huge inconvenience for her ( rolling her eyes and snatching the pate from me) i then just asked for the check paid and left. Luckily there happend to be a another taco truck in the parking lot for some reason so i stopped there and they were more than happy to serve me and their food was amazing and cheaper than two wheels!

I crave these tacos! My favorite for 3 years running! The family behind their home made quality food are warm and welcoming people. I bike here often and even drive here because Two Wheel Tacos is definitely a treat, and I do love a good taco.
