This place maintains the same high standard of quality and consistency over the years. Excellent ingredients, original meals and great service. Keep some space for desserts, they are beautiful and very good!
Started rough, 15 minutes no greet at the table. But when the manager was made aware, they corrected quickly and we had the greatest evening. Carne asada is something special, and get the lychee rose dessert! Delicious, and our server Ami was excellent.
The wait staff was attentive and kind. Our food was not hot when it arrived at the table which contributed to a poor dining experience over all.
The margaritas are outstanding as well as the food! We had the pulpo enamorado and the tetela to start and both were delicious. For mains we had the carne asada and barbacoa which both were delicious as well.
Nothing was as expected, which made it such a treat. Everything we had was like we were having it for the first time and it was absolutely FANTASTIC! We ordered 8 different dishes and each topped the last, then came dessert. The presentation was worth whatever it cost, the fact that it was so delicious made it priceless. We can't wait to go again
Amazing tailored experience, and the waiter was excellent. He knew the menu and how to recommend items, and there was no rush in between courses.
Delicious food, great ambiance. Slightly on the pricey side, but would definitely eat here again. I had the three course menu with wine pairing for restaurant week. The food and drinks were great!
The server asked only the still and sparkling. There is no tap option for us. After I ordered, i saw other tables had tap.. they're trying to upcharge everything here. Food was ok. The horchata cake was phenomenal.
We had an absolute great time at TZUCO during restaurant week at Chicago. The food was phenomenal...The Tuna ceviche was super delicious and flavorful. We also had the Cheeks and Chorizo and the Cacao for dessert. Simply delicious! Will be back soon....
My friends and I went to celebrate my birthday and this is the first restaurant I've been to that didn't offer or bring a complementary dessert or ice cream! I was shocked and when we asked a waitress (not our waiter) she didn't even know herself! I've been to much nicer, more expensive fine dining restaurants before and even then those restaurants offer those treats when there's a celebration. Was a little disappointed by that and instead received a post card haha

Worst experience I've had in a long time. The service was horrible. The food prices were astronomical. The actual quality of the food was not great. The ambience was nice, but it was not a great experience.
We went here for restaurant week and it was delicious. The infusion of different cultures that Chef Carlos utilizes is both creative and drool-worthy. The perfect date night place! Highly recommend!
We went for restaurants week brunch, food was not bad but some portions were small, overall we had good time.
Tzuco was very underwhelming. The food and drinks were very over priced and lacked flavor depth
