Waiting 15-20 minutes for a drink is ridiculous. There was no communication with each team member whatsoever. Drink said it was ready and I am still waiting about 15 minutes after for it. I asked for a refund because I was late to a meeting(I order wayyyy ahead at 3:49 and I got my drink at 4:15pm. Manager said there no refund for online like other locations. If I was the cooperate I would look into a better alternative how to handle online order and team members.

This Starbucks has no concern for food safety issues and management is not training the employees in these issues. I have worked closely with managers at other Starbucks locations in improving compliance with food safety practices. Management here asked me to leave when I voiced my concerns. I will not return - food poisoning is a risk I try to avoid. Personally, I believe this store should be closed permanently. The approach by management to my concerns does not comply with corporate policies on customer relations.

Ordered a venti size drink last time and there were only 3/4 of the drink, like the whole top was empty. Kind of disappointed bc why can’t you just fill the drink up to the top? So might as well just order a grande instead of a venti cause it’s more “cheaper”.

I stop at this Starbucks before work each morning and on today, I was made to feel awesome, when I learned that all holiday cups were in stock and ready for sale. The store manager Deandre was excited for me to make my purchase, which made me excited to make a $90 purchase (cups and food). If you are looking for great customer service, a clean and festive environment, please visit this location.

Vegetarian options: Egg white bites, breakfast sandwich and dessert options.
