It was my first visit to Umaga and ordered a tocino roll. I was expecting/hoping to find delicious chunks of savory sweet pork tocino inside, but instead was met with an odd, red paste that may have been once meat but was pulverized in a food processor to an unrecognizable pulp. Yuck.

Not a good first impression at all.
It was my first time coming to Umaga. The place is super cute. The pastries/breads are delicious! I needed to order a last-minute pastry/bread tray for an event the next morning. The owner was super accommodating and had it ready for me to pick up on time in the morning. Such great service! In addition to the tray of breads/pastries, I also got 2 dozen of the senorita bread. It was baked fresh and so delicious, that I wanted to eat the whole box. You have to try them! They...
Server seemed annoyed by me. I even said hello in tagalog lol im respecting and appreciating a culture new to me and was still frowned upon. Oh well. The ube croissant was good thouvg.
