Great sushi self-serve priced by weight. Yes, fatty salmon, salmon, tuna, eel and yellowtail negiri, and a variety of maki all for the same price per ounce. I hope the business model is sound because I'd really like to eat there again on our next trip to Chicago.
I remember the chirashi and the nigiri, both of which were spectacular. I remember my girlfriend and I for the longest time searching for an authentic, fresh not-overhyped sushi restaurant in the city… this one always hit the spot.

I ordered a to go order in store. Ramen and spicy tuna. It was 30 minutes before closing and service was sloppy. I didn't receive my spicy tuna roll. Nor did I receive a spoon to eat my ramen.
