I’m not sure why they’re not opening their burger store anymore but as far as I remember their burger was one of the best burger that I really liked!

These burgers are good but expensive. Everything is a la carte. $15 for a burger?
Does anyone know when or even if this place is gonna open again??? The food here is really good but it seems like it maybe shutting down for good
Decent food. Server was nice. Food was over an hour late. Manager and server worked to make up for this problem.
The fries are stale, missing truffle ketchup, the chicken tenders are really dry and bad. The burger is over cooked and does not worth $9. The restaurant itself is in bad condition and bad hygienic, shoes and cleaning supplies are in the hall way!
Nothing specjal. Not for this price.
I work down the street and come here fairly often for lunch! I generally order the steak burger and a side of fries (wedges) and it is consistently GREAT. They do a good job delivering on how the consumer wants it cooked too. Once you put your order in it takes about 5 min for it to be grilled. You pick the meat/bun up and add the lettuce, tomato, onions etc at their min-bar area. The result is a thick juicy burger.
had the Mac n cheese pork belly n the chicken sandwich it was good my dining companion was not impressed w the burger
Pretty tasty but waits can be long at times since this is the kitchen for multiple restaurants. Don’t love the vibes inside so I usually get take out.
Good fast food but not so fast.. Low cost, tastes good for what it is. ,meets expectations for a ten dollar meal.

I bought a Diablo sandwich. A total ripoff. I ask the bartender how big was the sandwich and stated it was a nice size. It was literally the size of a white castle hamburger. So disappointed. I will never go back.
I order the umami deluxe combo. I was missing the ktown burge instead I got a cheeseburger never got informed of that . It also came with a Sunnyside burger but the egg was over cook . I was disappointed both thing I was looking forward the most were not done correctly . I didn't notice till I got home
The best version of an Impossible burger I have come across. Especially great that you can set up it up a few different ways. For example, a vegetarian friendly patty melt is a game changer for me.The additional expanded menu is great, my partner loves the chicken sandwich. The mac was nothing special, but the rest of the sides were fantastic.I don't hate myself *enough* to try the boozy milkshakes, but I am intrigued.Great chain.
We were here during the Wicker Park street fest. Came inside, the place was empty. We sat down at the bar and placed our order. Asked for a martini and was told that they do not have a bartender to make a drink. Needless to say, we waited 1 hour for our burgers to get to us. We ordered a chocolate milkshake and it never came. We asked 3 times about it and the gentleman who took our order was confused each time. I think that giving this place a 3 star review is too nice. As first time visitors, we were very disappointed in the service and definitely will not be returning.
The burger is not so good. Dry and overcooked and not seasoned well. The chicken sandwich my friend ordered was better. Shake was good, not great, not worth $9. Like many restaurants they are understaffed at the moment so service wasn't very good and the food / shakes took a long time to arrive.
