The food was decent; however, I attempted to order a pasta dish that was unavailable, and this was not communicated to us until after we were seated and had spent time reviewing the menu. Unfortunately, the service significantly detracted from the experience. The waitress appeared disengaged and unwelcoming, as though she did not want to be serving us. When we asked for recommendations, she responded by rolling her eyes, which made us feel uncomfortable and discouraged from asking questions.While the drinks tasted good, their presentation appeared inconsistent compared to those served to other guests, leaving us unsure if this was intentional. Given that our total bill was $280.00, I expected a far more elevated and attentive dining experience. Regrettably, this will be my last visit.

We were the 2nd table of the night and we're seated at the worst tiny table. We're told we could only order once, (making me order all my food at once will guarantee I order less) I have been here a few times. Last night might have been my last. Its sad to see service so bad.

Server and service was excellent! The food I found to be ok, however I am a vegan and I was only able to have pasta with a red sauce with the sauce being ok. Drinks were really good. I would recommend this place, as it was a lovely experience

Great food. Service was incredible and accommodating. We had diet restrictions at the table and they provided alternate options so we could do restaurant week. Second a dish/glass/plate was empty someone came by to I clear it off the table. Great experience overall.
First time here for the 4 of us. Food was great we think portions cld have been bigger but the drinks were amazing and the desserts one of a kind and amazing as well. Over all we loved it

Service was beyond disappointing. Our server rarely came by our table to check on us. Our drink orders were incorrect, they served all our food at once (appetizers and entrees) so by the time we got to our steak it was cold. I will not return.

This was my first time at Ummo and I can undoubtedly say I will be returning. The food was impeccable. The presentation of every dish was beautiful. The flavors were delicious. I am a very picky eater and without any hesitation, I tried things I normally wouldn't and loved every single dish. I highly recommend dining here. The service was amazing as well. My glass was never empty and dishes were taken away right away after something was finished. Tables were cleaned off as well so no crumbs or food were on the table in between meals. The aesthetic of the restaurant was beautiful. I cannot wait to come back!
