The Customer Service is very poor, the cashier told me I was doing her a favor not having to explain the menu. I do not recommend Uncle Joe’s Jerk Chicken Restaurant to anyone!
Operating a restaurant in a well diverse neighborhood across the street from Kenwood H.S., the service is terrible and the food sucks! Not a great look at all!
Place your order 2-3 days in advance! Even if you call they will say your order will be ready in an hour... and you will wait another hour when you get there. If you are in a rush just get a slice of cake and a beverage.
The communication between the register and the kitchen is TRASH! Just go to JA GRILL! It's right around the corner! Service is fast and consistent!
