Uncle John's BBQ and Dat Donut

Let me start off by saying, I rock with this place!! I’ve been going for years since the smaller location. The customer service on this experience was HORRIBLE!! I asked for extra sauce on my Jumbo tip and link combo, small turkey tip, and 6 wings ($55). When the cashier relayed the request to the lady who was preparing the food she got a real crappy attitude like I was asking for too much. I guess because they were almost closing. I asked her what she said and she went all off. “I wasn’t talking to you I was talking to her!” I asked what her name was and she refused to give it to me. No name tags present or I wouldn’t have asked. Then she directed me to the manager who was also preparing food for any concerns that I may have. I asked the manager Nivia Battle (I think that’s what she said) was she required to give me her name. She said no. Her attitude was crappy as well. Just negative energy behind the glass. Except for the cashier. I also told the that they need to improve their customer service and that I WILL BE BACK!! I have no complaints about my order at all. Food was great!!! They just need to get someone back there that’s actually going to do their job without being so nasty.

Nice and tender. The flavor of the sauce is perfect! The food is never dry.

My first time here, and I purchased a small order of rib tips. When I got home and open the container and it was stuff with bones, the tips were in the bottom. The bread was on top not Very good and was so Disappointing. another customer was complaining about the young lady changing her gloves.
And they proceeded to talk about her after she left so unprofessional they should’ve waited till after I left. Will not be back again.

Last time I was there the jerk ribs was spoiled. I got sick.

Turkey tips taste good. But the small might as well be a kids meal. They have me 5 fries with no sauce. The tips hardly had sauce. I asked for salt on my fries and didn't get that. I'm disappointed for the price I paid.

Not so much the ribs but the fries are terrible not to generous ,now the hot links are definitely good again the fries suck

The turkey tips I purchased were horrible. It wasn't cut correctly, and it was not bbq'd. It tasted like it was put in the oven or broiler. The turkey links were overcooked and hard. I'm very disappointed.
