Uncle John's BBQ and Dat Donut

I changed my review for this place because I ordered a turkey combo through ubereats and I received pork of which I don't eat. I've contacted them and told them and I was told by someone claiming to be the manager to bring it back. I brought it to them the next day to which I was told that the supposed manager should've known better. Didn't appreciate my time getting wasted nor the one I talked to who had a little attitude and very unhelpful. Because of them I got very sick (like I had food poisoning) for them giving me pork instead of turkey. Need to do better paying attention to peoples order. No longer a customer

What's going on? You used to be on point. My family has been to your establishment 2 weeks in a row and both visits left me questioning my purchases. The first incident left my husband and me feeling pretty embarrassed. We raved about your reg. and jerk tips and convinced family members that your ribs were above the rest. The jerk was not jerking at all. They tasted like perfectly seasoned reg tips. Your reg tips were bland and tough. We were so disappointed.

The following week we again attempted to order the jerk tips, thinking that the previous week was just an off day. This time, they weren't jerked nor seasoned. The only saving grace was the sauce. What's happening? Did you change your cooks? It is getting harder and harder to find consistent food.

This use to be my go to bbq spot, this last time was definitely my last time, they gave me old burnt rib tips, then replaced it with some undercooked rib tips, complete waste of money. NEVER AGAIN

This is the third time that I have been at this barbecue place.And I swear I will never go there again. When I first started going there, their barbecue was so good.It wasn't dry, it was tender.The sauce was good and I always got the jumbo combo. But like I said, these last 3 times I have been there. It have been horrible a waste of money. I don't know what happened, but I'm not willing to spend another dime there...

I ordered jumbo size rib tips Friday. What I received was Rib tips with 80% FAT! We ended up dumping the ribs. I heard about Uncle John's having the best ribs. NOPE !

The service was poor. When I ordered i asked for them not to hacked up the tips like minced meat and they did. They re dropped chicken wings and the fries were cold. Hot links were just sitting in a basket over grease and not stored properly. And you wonder why they still be raw in the middle. The so called management said everything comes up fresh.. that was a lie. They were half ass passing out orders somebody had someone else order. The sauce was horrible.the health department should shut them down. We are not dogs we are humans who you are charging excessive amounts of money who thought this was decent food. #you feed that garbage to someone else.

Great fries with hot sauce or mild sauce!
Smoked 1/2 chicken: even the breast meat was tender! Tasty chicken skin had the usual chewiness for smoking low and slow
