Ribs were seasoned to perfection meat was soft. Links were delicious and fries. I didn’t get sauce this time but their sauce mix and mild is good as well.
Lady at the front taking orders was pleasant and really nice. I went at noon on 2/18/25.

A very inconsistent food-quality experience. Sometimes the rib tips are the world's best, but 65% of the time it is dried-out, salty pork jerky. That's the best way to describe it. What I've noticed is that my experience is better when they're hyper busy. I can only assume that the food hasn't had enough time to sit out and dry out. Unfortunately, I don't recommend this place anymore, but the Wilma's BBQ in downtown Chicago is consistently great....
