Excellent Pilipino breakfast selections. All the silog selections are delicious. Lugaw and tsamporado are d'best. Great ambiance, good service and friendly owners. They have good food, for the most part I always enjoy coming here they have a friendly atmosphere. Today it’s a Three stars for food really, all else one 3.5 overall didn’t like that I was given a table by the door, it was very cold and a high traffic area with people standing right in front of the table as they wait to be seated. The waitress came by twice it was busy but no so much that they could have came by to check, she took order and gave check never saw her in between they didn’t even ask if I wanted anything else. Other staff was accommodating and gave me at least a refill of coffee and what I needed.

Wanted to try Filipino food for the first time and found Uncle Mike’s Place with great reviews. We arrived at the restaurant and no servers came by us, so I went to ask if we ordered up front. They told us a server will be by shortly and we got to order our food. Tables left and more people filled the restaurant but our food never came. We waited 30 minutes and asked someone if they received our order. A couple minutes later someone came by and asked us if we received our food and we said no, which they then confirmed our order. 30 minutes later new groups came in and RECEIVED their food, with ours nowhere to be seen. The original server who took our order actually asked us if we received our food which we said no, and will check on it. 10 minutes later a new guy said their system had an issue and asked to take our order. I feel like the food would have been phenomenal if we actually got to try it but due to the horrible service, we decided to just leave. (Around a total of 1hr 45mins of waiting, personally asking 4 separate times about our food). Hope your experience is better than ours as the food did seem to be very delicious.
