The first time there, chicken was not fresh sauces over fries, which was ? overall. Could've been a bad night for the cook.

I ordered the other day. The food was amazing as always. The customer service can definitely use some work. I ordered an additional thigh for a 6 PC and when I called at first the woman at the front said it was added. She put the cook on the phone and he had the funkiest attitude. At first he said it was with my 6pc then said it was added to a G pan. I don't even know if he knew wth he did with it. It was only $2 so I let it go. I think the customer service needs some assistance. Take care of the customer. Always.

Amazing Chicken so delicious the workers were nice but I wish there was more seating if I wanted to eat there it was crowded of apple just waiting .... besides that Great food....

The food is good always hot, they could have provided a better portion of fries but other than that no complaints. The employees were friendly and wait time wasn't long..

I have not had Uncle Remus in so many years, and I came into town looking forward to having some. When I went in to order, they said it would be 40 mins for a 10 piece. I decided to leave because that is ridiculous for a place that sells chicken. They really need to step up the service in this place.
