I ordered two cups, not to mention that the small red lid was very loose and spilled all over my daughter. I don’t know what the meaning of its existence is. The original milk tea has 75% sugar, which is not bad, and the pearls are also delicious. Another cup of raw coconut latte, I ordered it based on the Chinese language. Forgive me, I have never had this kind of raw coconut latte with Vietnamese coffee and osmanthus syrup in my life. It tastes terrible! ! ! And I ordered half sugar and added crispy pops. The staff said it was so sweet because I added crispy pops. In the past, the crispy pops added to milk tea were all original. And the attitude of the staff makes people feel like they are always blaming us! ! Even with a straight face, I don’t know who to look at! I said it was too sweet, and the man took it over and said that he could add more coffee for me. Then the woman took it over and said it was my fault and gave it back to me! That woman in particular was infuriating. I was speechless and ordered a cup of original milk tea for an additional fee. The raw coconut latte was thrown into the trash can! never come back

I got charged for a product they didn’t have and they said my money was refunded for that wich wasn’t and when I checked my order I was missing another product so I called and they told me they were gonna refund my money for both things and they never did I’m just upset cause I had been dying to visit this shop but I’m never coming in to this store again.

Very cool bubble tea shop in Chinatown. Has enough switches where you can click through the diverse menu at your leisure. I chose a Lovebirds Tea with Vietnamese Coffe and Tapioca. What was really great was that you could decide the amount of sugar and ice cubes yourself. There were a lot of bobas in the drink and all in all the bubble tea tasted very tasty and was a great snack for in between. I can only recommend it if you are in Chinatown.

I was calling to see if they take cash and if they deliver the lady on the phone Was being very rude and all I asked was do you guys deliver in in a rude voice she responded with no this is a Boba company not a delivery service. Then she hung up very bad Experience never. I wish I could give them a zero.

The kiosk sneakily prompts you to tip (you’ll understand when you order), and there was a service fee added as well. Our drink, a Pineapple Jasmine Green Tea with Passionfruit, arrived in under 5 minutes, which was really speedy. The drink itself was satisfying, but not much different from other places.
