I went to Union Dumpling and tried the lamb & cilantro dumplings, pork & shrimp dumplings, and the wood ear mushroom side, along with the digest brew drink. Everything was so fresh and delicious! The staff are some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet—they create such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Was happy to have a dumpling place in the neighbourhood. It’s a self-service type of place where one orders on a screen and then pick up the food once done. The number will be called on a loud speaker. This set up isn’t very inviting and feels like a quick dine-in/pick up rather than a relaxing place to have food with friends. Generally fine, if prices matched the vibe accordingly.

Probably shouldn’t rate after one visit, but I’m a sucker for hard working young people trying to make their way. Greeted at the door with a smile by the owner, offered a free sample while I waited my go order. Her husband busy in the old Gather kitchen while 3 ladies making dumplings behind the old Gather bar.
I had beef dumplings sautéed with a side of cucumber salad, which made for a tasty Friday lunch.
