I placed an order, and it took far longer than expected. I understand that things can get busy, but waiting for over 30 minutes for a simple meal is excessive, especially when I could see my order just sitting there for ages. When it was finally ready, I watched as the worker started to prepare my order in front of meāand to my surprise, he made it wrong.
I tried to politely point out the mistake as he was assembling it, but he didnāt seem to acknowledge it. It was clear he didnāt check my order before preparing it, which left me wondering why I had to wait so long just for them to get it wrong. When I asked for a refund since I paid with my debit card I I couldnāt get the fee of 3 dollars back that I was chargedā¦. This place is horrible and filled with health code violationsā¦.
