As someone who is severely allergic to nuts and also vegan, I find it hard to find places to eat at, as a lot of vegan dishes contain nuts. I was in Chicago for the first time and got to eat donuts for the first time in literal years!!! They were absolutely delicious, it made my entire trip! I've been going here for years, so I feel qualified to review. Everything from Liberation is consistently good. It's locally produced, and locally owned. The prices are fair. I do wish the burger would return, but other than that I have no complaints.

The vegan donuts were amazing. My 10 year old son, who has a dairy and egg allergy, was able to experience a donut for the first time! The staff was very friendly and the old school arcade games were an added bonus. We'll be back on our next trip to Chicago!
