Waited and waited and waited and got no food. My order was in but I never got food. Other customers came in made a new order and they somehow were making their food. When I asked I was told they were here before me. So I waited I asked again a few minutes later and said my food was being made now as she tried to show me the food but it was not my food. Then I decided to get a refund. They kept talking amongst themselves. I left with my refund.

The food was great and was seasoned really well so the flavor was ?. Lowkey a hidden gem. The prices were reasonable compared to other Mexican food places and the portions were good. However there was only 1 worker who took and prepared the orders, which slowed the process down as more people came in.
Cute little dining room. Good authentic food. Quick service. Decent prices.

Got some tacos, they were pretty bland. Out of a lot of ingredients when I went there. Not sure what I was expecting, it's a gas station restaurant to be

Terrible customer service.
The guy who works there was on his phone while taking the order was not paying attention and giving us attitude while taking the order.
I chose a bowl which says: served over rice, choice of beans, protein tomatoes and lettuce. That’s exactly what I ordered. When I got my bowl there was no rice.. the guy who was on the phone was no where to be seen I call him to ask about the rice and he shows up and tell me that they are out of rice. He literally just made a gesture and walked out… he didn’t tell me that while I was putting the order and now I had a half bowl for the regular price.
Wouldn’t come back, but at the end what was I expecting for a gas station place.

Omg! I discovered this place by making a pit stop at the BP Gas station on Wabash & Roosevelt not knowing that the store was partnering with another company called “The Pride” that created a fast food joint within itself and let me tell you, the urbano burrito that I had was absolutely marvelous! The best burrito I’ve had in a long time. It reminded me of an old burrito joint back in the day that closed down. 10/10 for sure. I recommend getting it with pinto beans!! Everything on it. It taste way better that way.
When looking this place up on Google maps, the images make it look like a local place to get a quick bite, so we headed there on the way to the museum campus. We had difficulty locating it, however, because it turns out it is inside a BP gas station with almost no signage to be seen. NOT the Chicago experience we were looking for. I must admit the breakfast burrito was very good and large, and everyone else enjoyed their meals, including the Avocado toast. Their coffee machine was broken however. In the end, while the food was good, it was not the experience we wanted, nor did the food lend itself to eating on the go.
