Wow - we were so pleased with the amazing food, menu, and service! I hadn't heard of Uvae and we will be back. The crispy brussel sprouts, gnocci, mussels - and break pudding were amazing. The service was excellent - they exceeded expectations by getting our order even when they had run out! The server knew what was available and was happy to place holds for our food. The unique drinks were excellent concoctions that were unique and tasty. We will be back!

Uvae is a wonderful, cozy spot. Great wine list, which is extensive. They also make excellent cocktails. The food is consistently delicious! My only critique this time is that the gnocchi was a bit too salty. More options for sparkling by the glass would be nice. The wait staff is very knowledgeable. I only wish they would be a bit more forthcoming with recommendations. Telling me that “everything is excellent” isn't very helpful.

Sarah, our server, was great. She was personable, knowlegeable and attentive. The food was outstanding - oysters with 3 sauces, pimento dip with homemade chips and artichoke hearts in super yummy sauce. Great place!

Caitlin made hosting our friend's bridal shower an absolute joy. From start to finish, the process was very smooth, concise and surprisingly affordable. The location was beautiful, even before we pulled out our own decorations and the food was delicious, everyone raved about the cheesy hash browns and even us picky eaters enjoyed the mushroom egg casserole. Caitlin and her team were incredibly accommodating, Uvae will definitely be at the top of our list for future events.

We loved the artichokes, cauliflower, beets, and chicken. the Happy Hour specials are great - the shrimp is small, but good. The oysters are superb. We had numerous people coming to our table asking to help - it seemed overkill because we would get asked the same questions over and over. Our lead waitress was wonderful but struggled with some questions - maybe she was new. I would make the music a little louder, add a few more candles and do something to lighten up the bar area and make it more appealing. Sitting at the bar was tough - it wasn't very appealing - maybe some mirrors behind the bottles or cool lighting behind the bottles would help add to the ambiance. We love their cheese trays to go and we will do that again!

I went for the wine, but was blown away by the food. They were out of 2 items we wanted but everything we ordered was outstanding. 1/2 off wine bottles on Tuesday is another reason this place is great. Very friendly and attentive service is another plus, something we don't experience that often today. Highly recommended neighborhood spot.

Uvae makes it fun to explore wine & wine with food pairing. I started with Cream of Cauliflower Soup with Thevenet Macon, then added 3-ounce pours of Nik Weiss Riesling & Extra Ball Chinon with Braised Pork, all delish! They also offer wonderful cocktails & Happy Hour specials. Excellent service. Highly recommended!
