Hit up Vaughan’s Pub & Grill for dinner on a Friday—got the fish & chips and an Irish Caesar salad, plus a pint of Guinness. Fish was crispy but one piece was a bit underdone, salad was solid and fresh. Staff were chill, cozy NW‑side pub vibe, kitchen was a touch slow. A solid spot to grab a pint and pub grub — I’ll be back to crush those cheese curds next time.
We had drinks and appetizers and a nice conversation with Diana at the bar. It was a hot evening and I must say that we were very comfortable with all aspects of our visit.
We are definitely going back … and did I mention the proper air balance? Go see for yourself! ?
